We were hired by a general contractor to come in and install a sink (that the homeowner purchased on their own) around a counter top that had already been installed by a previous general contractor.The plumber explained to homeowner that because the counter was not installed properly and was the
wrong size that there was nothing for the sink that was provided to us to mount to.The plumber explained this to the client and suggested that she get a different sink that fits the opening of the counter properly.The sink is mounted on the front and back of counter and is function/working but not flush on the sides.Again plumber reiterated to client that this was not the sink he personally would have chosen.We will gladly refund the entire $which represents 4-hours of labor that we worked feverishly in trying to make the sink functional for client (which it is functional).However, we are unwilling to purchase a new sink for customer and re-install around the counter that was improperly installed to begin with.Regards,*** ***,Master Plumber
