So I went to perform the work at the *** *** and when we started removing the ceiling tiles there was light coming from the atticI took pictures and sent the to ***He asked me to find out why and were the light was getting inBut then asked me to do a complete walk around the building
because he was in New Your and that I was his eyesSo I put up a ladder got on he roof and started to inspect it and discovered there was holes cut in the fashia so air can circulate But the holes dont have any screens on them to stop critters from entering the building*** asked me to come up with a price to do all the repairsThen asked me to give him a price to replace the nsulation because the roof has leaked a very long time I did this tooAnd tookt he picturesI charge $per hourTo get pictures and document them took me hrsThey won' pay me for this work or the insulation replacementThen the *** *** wanted plastic hung and new insulationThe ceiling are feet highTheycwont pay me extra for itI don' work for freeI was contacted and agreed to finish the job but they never contacted me again I will not be returning and moneys because of the work I had to do extra Thank you *** ***
