Hi, I subscribed to this subscription box for my fifteen year old daughter.I chose the ages 10-17.They sent toy nail polish, a tiny toy,and a childs hat that doesn't fit.I contacted them immediately.They don't have a phone number listed, I asked for a refund and said to cancel.I was charged the same day for next month they won't respond please help.Mickey monthly [redacted]

Will not cancel my order although it specifically says on the website that it will not adopt until after the 20th
I ordered my son a Mickey monthly box to tryI thought we would have a little extra money this pay but I was wrongI ordered the box on 12/(Friday evening)I tried to cancel my order 12/(Sunday morning) and the response I got was "they're already processed because of the holiday"Well it's posted on the site that if you order before the 20th, they will ship your box at the end of the monthThere is literally no way they could have shipped my box before I tried to cancelI asked if they could please really try to stop the order and then I got an abrupt "The orders have already been processed and starting to shipWe started early due to Christmas"LiesI know it's only $28, but to my family, that's groceriesAgain, I guess I should have calculated more accurately, but I really didn't think canceling would be this much of a hassle
