The 2014 timeshare points were advertised as part of a package for buying the timeshare membership. They were not delivered as promised when the membership transferred; they still belonged to the seller. These points do not expire until the end of 2014(or so we were assured in the listing; did the agent further misrepresent what he was selling?!)
We offered the client a reservation as a guest from the seller with the points and he took to long to let us know when he would like to go and the points expired. He had a chance to use the points. Our contract and ad states the closing can take 120+ days, we delivered to the client at a substanial...
