Mickey's Boots

Review: I took a pair of new, expensive [redacted] with a request to stretch the shank. The cost of the boots is $400.00 the stretch repair was $10.00. I picked up the boots and found that the boot box had been damaged during the repair. The leather is stretched in odd areas affecting the look and distressed affecting the life of the boot. I went in to see if there could be a fix and was not afforded the opportunity to speak with the repair man, was questioned about whether I was telling the truth without allowing me to show evidence and then asked to leave. There was no accountability or effort to make amends through seeing if there could be a fix.Desired Settlement: I would like the business to accept accountability and at the minimum, return my $10.00
