*** *** In the response just received, they are not admitting the truth nor are they showing the rip in the shirt The picture does not actually display the damaged condition of the shirt, which if I could bring to you in person I would be able to show the rip The picture is deceiving and the business in reference admit that they have repaired the supposedly undamaged shirt Why would they have to repair a shirt that they state is undamaged? I am willing the affirm under oath that the business in reference is engaging in lies, and I can prove it by bringing the shirt to you, which they admit they repaired I don’t want a repaired shirt, I want a shirt in its original condition I could also prove that the shirt is damaged by requesting Banana Republic Factory to inspect the shirt for any damaged done to it, which I trust they would support my account of this matter

By stating that they fixed the shirt they are admitting that they damaged my shirt I am requesting that they replace the shirt with the original brand, which is Banana Republic Factory I have been in contact with Banana Republic Factory and I’ve been informed that the shirt is always for sale with Banana Republic Factory As such, it verifies that the shirt is available and I will only accept a Banana Republic Factory shirt, which, as I previously stated, is available at Banana Republic Factory I have not been back to the cleaners because they informed me that they would call me when they had my replacement Banana Republic Factory shirt, but I never received a telephone call If they wish, I can purchase a replacement shirt, provide a copy of the receipt, and receive from them the cash amount of the cost of the new Banana Republic Factory shirt
