Pottsville Moving & Storage moved our items into our home approxNovember 16, In the process the movers put a hole in our kitchen wall, marks in the ceiling, torn the kitchen floor at the basement door and damage the wood trim around the basement doorThe CEO Marc B [redacted] indicated he would pay to all fixed I was to contact his flooring companyI didHe company never replied or showed twice after scheduling appointmentsI contacted MrB [redacted] again he then indicated to contact whatever flooring company I choose to fix the problemI contacted five flooring companies, they all indicated to me the floor can be repaired it needs to be replaced because of no guarantee of repair lasting due to in a high traffic area, floor would not match and unable to get same floor therefore you would see the rip in the floorMy flooring company contacted MrB [redacted] to explain all of issues and provide a price of replacing the floorAt this time MrMarc B [redacted] is refusing to fix

In response to a complaint filed by Mrs
*** ***: We apologize for any miscommunication however, we did not receive any messages regarding the backyard/gateI spoke with Mrs
*** (Feb2014) regarding her past due balance totaling $and there was no mention of that
issueMrs***' original treatment plan consisted of annual treatments @ $per treatmentHer first treatment was 08/29/2013- we noted there was a lot of ant activity on her property and her weed population was at 50% (front and back yard)
The second treatment was on 10/02/2013- the insect activity was no longer visible and her weed population had decreased to 45%Her final treatment with us was on 11/12/13- no insect activity, and weed population had decreased to 38%We spoke with our lawn tech who assured us he treated front and back on each treatment day listed above, he also mentioned the turf in the backyard was in the best shape of the entire propertySeeing as though Mrs*** allowed us to continue to spray additional applications we feel it would be appropriate for her to pay the balance due, less the cost of the first treatment in question, for at total of $Mrs*** was referred to us by a mutual friend/neighbor of hers with whom which we refer business back and fourth oftenWe are out in the field the majority of the work day and make phone calls before leaving in the morningWe have several clients who request "call aheads" so they know we will be thereWe also call the clients who are past due but are also in route to be sprayed that dayIf they bring their balance current we will continue service that day however, if they remain past due we can't afford to waste chemical, payroll, and time on those properties- that is why Mrs*** was called that morningPlease let us know what we need to do to proceed and if *** *** is in agreement with the reduced balance dueThank

I am quite happy with Mickler's service and pricing They show up when they say they will, the lawn treatments have saved our lawn, and they do not harrass me if I am a bit late in paying sometimes!
