Hi,
We have reviewed this case , the customer is complaining making a story. She is using a free software on her PC as analyzer , if there are issues on PC or any application stops responding it send an error and when they consumer confirms send report. We call to...

confirm and ask them prior that I you wish diagnose from engineer if not we will put you on DNC. She choose to get PC fixed and choose the charge for services.
She also provided us with feedback , but in service industry this happens. She used her pc for quite some time and without letting us know after few months , just put a charge back on us from bank stating service not delivered. She also stated to the bank that she never gave card to us.
This is what we got on feedback,
I received help from Microgeek and they were very useful in correcting my problem
[redacted]
got my ID number from Micro Geek and attached is the signed copy of invoice.
[redacted]
We have all the evidences to prove that she took services herself and when received the statement from bank , she charge back and we still accepted the same and gave her the money. We have her signed terms invoices card confirmation, as per that we will win this charge if we contest.
Her claims are wrong.
Thanks

Review: I was contacted by phone and told my computer was going to crash. They asked me to go to my computer and go online. They then took over the computer showed me a bunch of applications that had viruses and were no longer working. They then said they could fix it for me for $150.00 yearly or $250.00 for the lifetime of my computer. They asked for my credit card number, asked me to scan my credit card in and then had me sign for a bunch of things. My printer was not working at the time so I couldn’t print any of this off until days later.Desired Settlement: I’d like my money back but that is not my priority. I just don’t want this happen to anyone else who can be easily taken in like I was. I would not be able to pay for arbitration.

Review: Our phone number is registered with the "Do Not Call Registry" as of August 2, 2008, as seen belowThank you for registering your phone number with the National Do Not Call Registry. You successfully registered your phone number ending in 6631 on August 02, 2008. Most telemarketers will be required to stop calling you 31 days from your registration date. Visit https://www.donotcall.gov to register another number or file a complaint against someone violating the Registry. We received a call mid afternoon on June 17 from R[redacted], (Tel 1 [redacted]) she stated she was affiliated with Micrsoft and our computer was malfunctioning. We were to turn it on and she would show us the problems etc. She wanted credit card information to "fix it." Later that evening we received a second call that came from someone, no name was given (Tel 1 [redacted]) referencing the previous call and stated the software on our computer was not compatible. He wanted banking information to "fix it."Later that evening we received a third call (Tel 1 [redacted]) inquiring about the two previous calls.Later on June 21 we received a fourth phone call from (Tel 1 [redacted]) to ask if our computer was fixed, what did it cost, how did we fix it, etc. These are unwanted, harassing, phone calls with damage being done to my computer. I had to get a complete diagnostic and repair service done on my computer after "Micro Geeks" phone calls and interventions on my computer.Desired Settlement: We have been listed with the NATIONAL DO NOT CALL REGISTRY since August 2, 2008.I want no further contact from this business, Micro Geek nor their affiliates: I want no further hacking of my computer, no more viruses, no more phone calls, emails, or correspondence.I do not want them to gain access to my computer for credit card information, banking information, or personal data. If the head of the corporation, Jared Vetkos, authorizes further contact, I want him held accountable.

Review: This company calls and talks you into paying for tech support for computers. They did not provide the service. The computer that they linked into no longer works and is now full of viruses. I believe this company to be a scam that preys upon peoples vulnerabilities. When I called to complain they were actually yelling over the phone and trying to claim that they never called to solicit their services.Desired Settlement: reverse charges of 150.00
