The company is only sales driven and great when you are thinking of investing in their product but when you need them after you commit their support and attitude is horrendousWe have used this product for years and have invested a great deal of time and moneyThey know that the implementation is major so it's not such a simple process to switch to a better product so therefor you are stuck to put up with their lack of support and professionalism in serving their customersThe accounting module does not work properlyI reported the problem over a year ago and it still is not fixedTransactions are posted incorrectlyYou can't get support when their software doesn't work properlyThey hold you hostage and require a $payment with no guarantee to fix the problemI gave the $payment and didn't even get a return call much less fix the problemThe GL module doesn't work and posts erroneous transactions so you have no idea what your financial should really look likeThey are in the process of writing a new version to fix the problems but it's not yet ready and they will only work with me if I agree to pay $to get the new rewritten module that replaces the module that I bought but never worked correctlyI would not recommend this company

We have used this product for 20 years and have invested a great deal of time and money. They know that the implementation is major so it's not such a simple process to switch to a better product so therefor you are stuck to put up with their lack of support and professionalism in serving their customers. The accounting module does not work properly. I reported the problem over a year ago and it still is not fixed. Transactions are posted incorrectly. You can't get support when their software doesn't work properly. They hold you hostage and require a $500 payment with no guarantee to fix the problem. I gave the $500 payment and didn't even get a return call much less fix the problem. The GL module doesn't work and posts erroneous transactions so you have no idea what your financial should really look like. They are in the process of writing a new version to fix the problems but it's not yet ready and they will only work with me if I agree to pay $4068 to get the new rewritten module that replaces the module that I bought but never worked correctly. I would not recommend this company.
