False Advertising regarding children helmets on their website.
Their Reviews on their Website are misleading and they won't allow bad reviews.
I purchased a micro helmet from their website for nephew for his birthday. All the reviews are great. Upon receiving it, we were very disappointed. The helmet doesn't fit my two year old nephew and it would be dangerous for him to ride with it as the straps fit him funny and no matter what are constantly falling forward, which would not secure the helmet to his head. We(my sister) left a review for the helmet on their website, and they will not put it up, they say the have the right to put what they want on their website. Advertising with only their four or five star ratings doesn't accurately portray what customers feel. They do not allow returns on their helmets so we are out $40 as we can not use the helmet.
We would like a refund for the helmet, in addition we would like them to allow the review to be put up on their website. If this is not option, they should take off the rating system and just have quotes of what customers say as if someone goes and sees oh what wonderful ratings and there are no bad ones they will think this helmet must be perfect.

The company I believe went above and beyond as they put another review that had the same issue. Thank you
