Review: A friend helped me purchase a 1GB memory for my laptop from this company. He had said he bought all his computer memories from this site. Once the item arrived, my laptop did not recognized the memory. I called them and they agreed for the return of the item. After I returned it, following all their procedures, including writing a code number on the envelope, they emailed me saying the item was not theirs because it was missing a "sticker". They are sending it back to me and now I'm stuck with an item I don't need and will not use. Why didn't anyone asked me about the famous sticker over the phone? Why can't they recognize their own manufactured item? Their name was on the envelope and the receipt when it arrived.Desired Settlement: I desire a full refund, including all the back and forth shipping I had to pay.

Review: I recently placed an order on July 12th around 9:00am in the morning. I spoke with [redacted] several times but my internet connection kept going out. I then opened up a chat once my connection was back up and inquired about the email that we received stating that our card did not go through because of an address mishap but they tried to charge it three times. Not only that but on there first email confirmation it says they will try and charge the card once and then call us before proceeding and if they did not hear back from us within 24 hours they would cancel. [redacted] lied and stated that his manager [redacted] was away from his desk and that the person who processed the orders ([redacted]) was gone as well. When I told him I would wait he said okay put me back on hold and then put straight to his voicemail which I asked him NOT to do.When I tried to call back no one answered. I opened up another chat and he had such a disrespectful attitude and said he was on the other line. I proceeded to call back and waiting until he came to the phone. He told me what did I want him to do, What was he supposed to do? I told him I asked to speak to a manager and he said well he is now gone for the day! What kind of business is this? What kind of service is this? I am very upset about this and will be letting everyone know not to mess with this company. He then hung up on me again. I still had the chat open and advised him that I wanted my order cancelled immediately. Did not receive a response until I advised him that I would report him. He did give me a cancellation number but closed it before I could write it down and without warning.Desired Settlement: I would like to be sent my Ram that I ordered for free because of their disrespectful staff.
