The worst pharmacy software out there! They also have a lot of staff who pride themselves on hanging up the phone on you if you don't do things their way. It took more than one year to implement the program, and you will lose customers because of them! The worst software ever! Worst customer service! From installation to training is zero; you better be able to figure things out yourself, and it is not effective in terms of resolving the problems. As a new pharmacy, I've lost patients, and trying to leave them will frustrate your business. I look forward to your reply and resolution to my problems.
