ever since switching to weekly payments, someone at this company is either stealing my money or lying about my account balance
I have requested that when I speak with them it be via e-mail, that way I have a paper trail, they have refused, asking that I call in to speak with them, which this causes issues and they can pretty much lie and do whatever they wantI have been paying ever since my company went to weekly payments and I have been paying weekly, there seems to be an issue with me being behind almost ***, which could not be possible even paying extra a few weeks, I have been advised that I am still behind almost the same amount?? someone is either stealing my money, putting it where it does not belong, or bad with their math and need to find another job
