Scam
This company charged me
$499.99 for a service to clean my computer and guaranteed safety for 5 years. Stupidly, I let them access my computer. They totally scammed me and hacked my bank accounts. They are supposed to refund in 10 days. We will see. They are total frauds. Both of my banks are investigating. I had to close both of my banks checking and debit card.
I will report them to BBB if I don’t get a refund. I told them I will put my scam info on FB. It is not liable if it is true! Total fraud!

Scammed into believing this place Is Norton
I’ll try to make this short but a lot has happened. 3 weeks ago I downloaded the Norton mobile app for virus protection. On the app it gave me a 14 day free trial. I knew I wanted to keep the protection so I Googled Norton’s phone number and called before the subscription was due to expire. The person that answered the phone who’s name is Janis King if that’s even a real name told me she was gonna give me a great deal and offered me 2 years for 99.99. I saw online Norton does have a plan where you’ll get 2 years at 99.99 so I signed up. This past Friday I checked my account and saw Norton withdrew 14.99 out of my account. I called Norton and provided my email address and account numbers and was told I don’t have an account and never have. I told the Norton agent what transpired when I initially called to purchase the subscription and Janis King helped me and gave me her direct number to call if I have any problems so I’ll call her. The csr told me don’t call any of the numbers she provided because it’s a scam. All weekend I called Norton and this business who I now know is Micro Pc, I don’t know who micro pc is and how they are able to have the Official Norton app with Logos etc online but their not affiliated with Norton. I downloaded what Was on Google because it looked like Norton and when I open the Norton App on my phone it says Norton, Security, Scanning, WiFi No Connection, Device Security No risk and Web protection safe. When I go to the Norton home page on this app it says Subscription Active so I’m really confused as to what’s going on. I’m more angry than anything, Micro Pc/ Janis King “ or whoever they are misrepresented themselves and allowed me to believe they are Norton. I said Norton numerous Times during the phone call and she never corrected me not once did she say this isn’t Norton. I’m angry with Apple for withdrawing and paying a company that’s not who they say they are, on my receipt it says Norton but Norton is saying they didn’t withdraw money from my account. I’m Pi*** at Norton who label themselves as one of the best cyber security companies in the world but yet allowed this place to scam people out of money they barely have by not checking and making sure the Norton apps online are official and affiliated with the Norton company. I requested a full refund for 99.99 and 14,99 and emailed an attorney to see if I have any options to settle the matter. The main reason I called Norton was for security protection because I’m a private person but now I have to change card numbers etc and maybe even get another phone because I don’t feel safe not knowing who has access to my private information. I will be writing another review and filing a complaint with the BBB to stop this from happening to anyone else. Online Norton and This place “micro pc” phone numbers are completely different so I’m confused as to how I got Micro pc when I called Norton from the phone numbers online. I’ll be waiting for a refund I just want to make everyone aware of this, I will post the outcome
