Micro plumbing helped me immensely. I called on a Saturday morning because my disposal would not turn on and my dishwasher would not drain. My sink was full of dirty dishes and decided I needed a plumber. I found the phone number for Micro Plumbing and figured I'd be stuck until Monday. A friendly person answered my call and took my information. Moments later [redacted] called with Micro Plumbing and asked me how he could help. [redacted] walked me through how to get my disposal up and running again. He gave up his time on a Saturday morning! He was friendly and got me out of a jam. I cannot recommend Micro Plumbing enough!

I've hired this company three times -- all positive experiences. They are also one of the most often recommended plumbers on our neighborhood website. This last visit though nails them for me as a good company. I have three leaks that two different roofing companies have told me were fixed five times -- but this last time the roofers said one leak was plumbing related. I responded the "hole" in the picture they showed me was too small to cause such a leak & that water would have to be 1/2" deep or run uphill to come out of it, but they replied "we're the roofers & that's our professional opinion". I emailed the picture to Micro Plumbing who (to their credit) said they'd be happy to help, but they suspected it was not a plumbing issue & hated to waste my money. Since the company holding the warranty on the roof was listening to the roofers (not me), I paid Micro to come out & confirm it was not a plumbing leak. They were on-time, efficient, well-equipped & not condescending when explaining the results of their tests.
