Dear Mr ***, This is to bring to your kind notice you have never paid any money to us so far for the services you have availed from usYou issued a check of $but it was never cleared but still even after not receiving committed payment from you, we worked on your computer and provided support times whenever you requiredWe requested you for the payment and than you asked us to cancel the services and we closed your case hereWe have never mentioned that we are from Microsoft and its clearly written on all the documents.Keeping in mind to keep our customers satisfied we provided support many times and still we were not paidEnclosed are all the documents for your reviewSincerely,Support Team Micro Team Solutions

Revdex.com:I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # [redacted] Please add your rejection comments below I am very happy to receive their complaint response However, it seems they are in denial of the issue's of my complaint Someone working for them is "using their proclaimed dedication to good service and work" to scam-con-deceive-and lock someone's computer if not compliant with the conman The man who told me his name was [redacted] was just one of the flag's to me it was a scam due to his heavy foreign accent (and [redacted] was such an American name) I first spoke to a man named [redacted] , and I do not recall being told that I could cancel in writing in daysMy complaint to Revdex.com should be my written cancellation to these people and they should definitely understand I want nothing to do with them ever again This company should begin to seriously listening to monitored calls and they can hear for themselves that [redacted] told me someone would call me back later in the evening Everything I stated in my original complaint is true and someone working for them is setting up this destructive scam using their job to harm the company and trusting clients Why should I care about the companies Revdex.com rating when their own employee set me up and tried to obtain my personal information and locked my new computer I am an honest, disabled, senior citizen that has little resources and now I feel I cannot trust anyone due to [redacted] , [redacted] ( whoever he is), and MicroTeam Solutions

Thank you for taking time to communicate to usWe have every desire to address all our customers’ issues and provide the best solutions available with us After doing careful search of our records, we would like to state that we do not have any employee in the name of [redacted] and our company never used or using [redacted] to communicate with our customerI can confirm that Customer in the name of Mrs [redacted] has signed up with us for one year computer support plan at a price of $and agreed mode of payment was check so there is no question of calling the customer back again for bank details and all As per the process and quality parameters, we make sure that all our customers are given customer cr and address for future communication and also informed that we are not from Microsoft and we are an independent company providing cleaning up of computer services , security and other software related support.We already have received payment check from customer but has not been processed yetAs per the cancellation policy of our company we do provide days satisfaction guarantyIf customer not happy with services, can cancel our service in writing and claim for refundWe do not support the claim of the customer as there is no person in such name working with us and we have never received any complaint from the customer on this issuePlease ensure that it does not affect our rating as we committed to provide service to our valued customers

As per the cancellation policy of our company we do provide 15 days satisfaction guaranty. If customer not happy with services, can cancel our service in writing and claim for refund. We do not support the claim of the customer as there is no person in such name working with us and we have never received any complaint from the customer on this issue. Please ensure that it does not affect our rating as we committed to provide service to our valued customers.
