ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS?
After initial purchase and installation 4 years ago (May 2019), the the KhPro karaoke file creator worked fine. Recently, I notice that it fails to load on my Windows v10 laptop. The splash screen only appears for a split second then disappears. When I contacted MTU by phone, I found that not even the sales department picks up, -forget about support. Online, I was able to create a ticket, but after five days, no one has responded. The chat session is just a bad. They responded to the first question (with poor spelling), but never returned to the session so I gave up... but I will keep trying.

The program that I purchased and upgraded from MTU is a karaoke program called [redacted]. There have been some crash issues with this program which disrupts karaoke shows. I have made several attempts to contact MTU in both Customer Service and Technical Support both by email and telephone. No one has responded and this has been going on for a couple of weeks. Messages have been left but no one will return my calls to clear up these issues.I am not alone with this problem. There is another karaoke DJ that is having similar issues and no one gets back to him either.I have also paid $69.99 for one year of upgrades. When I log onto their website into My Account, it indicates that I have only one month of upgrades.Desired SettlementI would like someone from MTU [redacted] to contact me and help with these issues.Business Response This is the first I have heard of this complaint. Purchased a program for karaoke from internet download. after purchase got billed and sent I believe, 6 downloads to my email. that was last contact.On Apr 14th I purchased a karaoke program online. The order # XXXXX. I called later in the day because I saw on another karaoke site that MTU Hoster program is available for sale on 1 CD. I don';t have internet so was going to go to a relative to download the program. I saw that there were appx 6 downloads that needed to be done and was concerned about my ablilty to capture all the programs on a CD so I called to see if, since I did not attempt to download, if they could be voided and send me the CD. I immediately opened a ticket XXXXX-XXXXXXXXXX to ask this and I was to receive prompt response and to date 4-17-14 havent. I called the company in excess of 30 times since and to date have never received a call or email back. I called the sales number (prompt 1) and service number (prompt 2 or 3 I beliece). This was done from April 14th through 17th and left messages at both lines with no response. I have since taken my laptop and email's MTU sent me with the downloads to [redacted] Geek Squad and they have had my computer for 2 days. They had some problems getting the downloads to work and they had to apply to reset the passwors via email and did get an automated password and as of this minute 4-17-14. They have advised me that6 the bill will be in excess of $30.00. I am already concerned if something goes wrong that based on experience to date that I will not be able to contact the company for resolution.I am ** years old and work in service insurance work and I am very proud of the fact that if you call me, I will answer or call righht back. I have never, my entire life dealt with a company that basically, after taking my money, doesn't exist! I left a message on both lines 4-16-14 stating to call me back to see if I could still get the cd and if I get no response that I will report to the Revdex.com for mediation and still no response. I feel I deserve an apology, a cfall back in the future when I have an issue and I would appreciate if I could get a cd to use for back-up in case I ever crash my computer and MTU can set it up so that it is only useable to restore my computer in all fairness. Again, this company is virtually non-exixtant since emailing my downloads which I paid forand I am veruy concerned about service in the future nand what to do if I can't get a copy from my computer to re-install if data is lost. With the cost of geek squad in the absence of service by MTU, I am already in debt for more than I paid for the program initially. I only hope Geek Squad can set up the programs for me. I took it to them the other day and to date they still ahve not contacted me to pick up my computer as they were having issues when I called yesterday 4-16.I had such high hopes that this program and the company was what I was expected and to date all it has done was cost me more money and insecurity about the future maintenance anhd service. Worst service ever! Desired SettlementI would like a complete cd with all programs I paid for as a back-up and a promise that they show common courtesy and respect to return my messages and or emails in the future. Actually, I would really like to call service and actually have a human being, I believe his name is [redacted]? answer the phone.I have called from 7:30 am to appx 6pm and many hours throughout the days and never an answer.Business Response This was the first notification I got of this Complaint. The customer's ticket was answered via our Support Ticket structure, instructing him, that he only purchased one of our products, and not all 6 as he thought. A cd is not included with the order, as it is internet download, unless they purchase the CD to be shipped to them for $12. This is stated on our website, and is what was told to the customer on 4/28/2014 at 4:44pm. "You can add the cd to any products, by adding the $12 CD Rom during your order. Also, it shows you got it installed on the 16th, the only program you purchased was Video Hoster One, so that is the only product you can install."Please let me know if you need any other information.Thanks,[redacted]Consumer Response I purchased hoster one and site stated songbook and burner included. Again after over 20 messages I never got an email or call back.I paid [redacted] to download what I have and still haven't figured out what I have and don't have. Now i'm thinking I cant make a back up because my time expired but not sure because I never got a call back and the one email I eventually got after reporting to Revdex.com was of no help. Worst childish irresponsible so called business I have ever dealt with. Even now with the response no offer to help. Grow up and take responsibility . I see no attempt towards resolution offered. If I can't figure this out or be able to use my backup file I will simply purchase a program from a reputable company who provides customer service answers the phone and returns emails. To date I would recommend MTU to no one.
