Microbac

Review: Two liquid samples were hand delivered to Microbacs office on June 19th to be tested for zinc content. I was told turnaround time would be 7 business days. Today is July 9, that's thirteen businees days and I still have no results. I have called on three seperate ocassions and am told "the metals lab is busy".Desired Settlement: I just want to get the test results. I am Facility Director for a school division and we are putting the stripped floor material in containers until we know it contains no zinc and can safely be put int the sanitary drains.
