Had Micromobile come out due to Windows problemsOne computer would not load mail the other would not wake upSupport tech spent reset both computer to reload back to Windows Said both computers would come back up within a short time and leftBoth computers never came back up (hours later)Called and talked to a different tech said I could bring both computers in and he would check them for $an hourI already paid $for nothingAsked if he could have the first tech call me back, was told he could not get through to the first techI ended up calling there competitorThey not only walked me through the needed corrections on both computers to restore them percent but did not charge me (Their techs are Microsoft Certified)
I would NOT recommend Micromobile for anything related to Windows software problems as this seems to be above their expertise
