Gentlemen,We received Complaint # *** filed on 8/8/by Mr*** ***.It is not very clear what Mr*** is complaining about in his message. Nor what it is that you would like us to provide. From what I can gather Mr*** is asking for advice on whether he is
responsible to return merchandise that was sent in error by Micron Corp.For your information I can provide the following:On on or about 5/Mr*** called our office and placed an order for *** II Ultrasonic Pest Repellers at which time he was given a $discount and charged $for shipping and handling. Invoice # *** for $169.90.This order was shipped via *** tracking number ***.In error we duplicated Mr***'s order and sent another shipment to him (with the same Invoice # ***).This shipment via *** was sent on 6/tracking number ***.The error was discovered by our staff and Mr*** was contacted, a *** return label was mailed to him. The return label number is ***.Subsequently Mr*** emailed us on 6/requesting to know why he was charged for Shipping and Handling.On 6/we emailed Mr*** explaining that free shipping was our policy online but that we usually charged shipping and handling when orders are placed through our office. In spite of this we offered Mr*** an additional $discount on any future order.On 6/Mr*** emailed us and informed us that he promised to return the duplicate order but that "Under Federal law I do not have to..."On 6/we replied to Mr*** restating our policies.On 6/Mr*** emailed to ask where on our site it states "Free shipping internet only".On 7/we called and left a message requesting that Mr*** return the duplicate shipment.We left a second message on 7/but Mr*** did not respond back to either message.On 8/ Mr*** emailed an attachment from the *** website in regards to merchandise that had not been ordered.On 8/we responded that we didn't feel the information he sent via the *** pertained to this situation.On 8/Mr*** emailed a link to ***.We did not respond to this email.To date Mr*** has not returned the duplicate order sent in error even though we have provided a return label, offered him an additional discount, and he promised in writing that he would return it on 6/ Furthermore we have spent an extraordinary amount of time dealing with this situation and trying to pacify Mr*** Mr*** also states that he does not have time to wait in line at the Post Office however he does not have to wait in line he can simply drop it off, leave it for his mail carrier, or call *** and they will pick it up at his home. He has a pre-paid label.We regret that Mr*** has elected to conduct himself in such a manner, harass our staff and file an unwarranted complaint with the Revdex.com.Please let me know if you require any additional information to close this complaint.Thank you.*** ***MICRON CORPORATION** *** ***, MA *** *** * *** Fax *** ***www.MicronCorp.com

We feel we have done everything we can to satisfy the unwarranted demands of the customer.  The customer continues to hold merchandise they have not payed for and refuses to return the merchandise.  We have not other information to add at this time.  Thank you.
