In addition the manufacturer (Health-Mor) does not authorize any vacuum store to carry genuine FilterQueen filters or perform service on a FilterQueen under any warranties"ONLY AN AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTOR can sell you a product that is genuine and warrantied by Health-Mor, the manufacturerAny product purchased through the internet, in a vacuum store, in an auction, or through any means other than from an Authorized Distributor does NOT come with any factory warrantyFurthermore, Health-Mor cannot verify whether such products are safe, functional or even genuine products." First, thank you for my attention to this matterIt would help me if you describe in detail what stopped working on the air filtration system so I can further understand what possibly might have happenedYou mention the filtration system "stopped working", does that mean it shut down with no
warning whatsoever? Secondly; we have, and sill are in, the process of switching phone systems which has resulted in some phone issuesWe've personally been dealing with that for weeks now and are working to resolve that problemThirdly, since the products are FDA approved as a class II medical device we have to follow certain procedures according to the FDA (I.ESending the product directly to the manufacturer for inspection and repair)Fourthly, we are obligated to the legal 'right to recision' in all states, so a return could not be possible since your right to recision had passedFifthly, you state your product was replaced with a another to suit your needs until yours is fixed by the manufacturer under the FDA guidelinesAfter the product is properly fixed under the FDA guidelines they will send it back to you, with all issues resolved and new parts or a new unit if necessary.

[redacted], I first want to apologize for any inconvenience you have been caused. Our office services customers in many different states and we have little to no control of how the unit was purchased by another distributor. I understand you are having an issue which needs repair. However,...

our office and our customer service representative Marcus (who you have spoken with on multiple occasions) have described in detail the warranties covering your FilterQueen unit. Our office never charges for a warranty but we do carry and charge for filters purchased. By purchasing your filters we can assure and assume you are using the FilterQueen properly according to the filter changing schedule located on page 12 of the owner's manual attached and therefore can uphold the warranty. On page 15 of the owner's manual it describes the warranty and lifetime service benefit. In paragraph 1 of page 15 it describes what the warranty does not cover; item 2 specifically lists filters and item 3 "damage occurring through misuse or negligence". Damage which occurs through misuse or negligence would also include not maintaining and changing filters according to the filter changing schedule on page 12. In the 3rd paragraph of page 15 it states "this warranty is null and void and of no effect unless all the following conditions are met ... the majestic has been used at all times in accordance with the instruction manual and has not been subject to abuse". Furthermore under the lifetime service benefit on page 15 part 5: "The service agreement is void and inapplicable unless all of the following conditions are met" see 5d "Damage to the power unit did not occur by reason of misuse or negligence".Our office has explained the filter changing schedule and warranties to you on multiple occasions. If your motor needs to be rebuilt or replaced our office will do that under the original manufacturer's warranty provided that you purchase your year supply of filters for $119.95 that way we can assure the new motor will have the filters changed according to the filter changing schedule. As another option I can uphold the lifetime service benefit and replace your motor (just this one time to help you out) at a charge of $99. Our office contacted [redacted] yesterday (8-18-15), he was unavailable at the time. We spoke with his wife to schedule his service appointment. She said to call back today (8-19-15) at 3PM to schedule his service appointment. Last time our office contacted [redacted] for service was in July, we left a...

message and did not receive a response until the service technician was out of the area. I have made the service technician available for [redacted] next week. We will call him today at 3PM as instructed to find a time that works best for him.

The Unit specifically inquired about returned to my office from [redacted] home broken. Which her statements conflict with my representative. Regarding her approval for financing, her financing was based on the fact she earned an income through SSI other than Unemployment. It wasn't until later...

the finance company, and my office, realized she was on Unemployment. This means she would not be subject to financing according to the terms of the agreement. Which I believe this could be a simple misunderstanding rather than with the intention to 'scam' her in any way. If she were making an income other than Unemployment she would have been approved without any issue. Even in [redacted] terms, as we spoke on the phone; she enjoyed the equipment, liked it, and would own it in the future.Specifically, whether she was approved for financing or not, any equipment must be returned to my office "in substantially as good condition as when received" according to our written agreement. This equipment was broken (see attached photos). The reason I had to send an invoice and letter was simply because [redacted] did not return my initial phone call when I received the broken equipment in my office. When I finally spoke with [redacted], we last agreed to speak again after my manufacturer received the broken equipment, and I would call her with any possible solutions. I have called [redacted] many times since, and have left messages to contact me; I have yet to receive another call back. She can choose to ignore my phone calls and make this complaint; which I am a little upset she made, because I was trying to help or fix this situation (which we spoke about). If she refuses to return my phone call I have no choice but to charge her the full amount of $1,404.44 (including tax) or send her to collections. I have been very amicable during this process in an attempt to find a solution. I am still awaiting a call back.

This is a crooked company ripping people off by charging 3 times as much for their filters. I bought the filters from [redacted] and right on the envelope it says genuine Filter Queen Filters, I showed them to Laura their representative that was trying to rip us off on the companies filters, I told her she was high priced and she told me that was how she made her money. I showed her where the envelope said genuine Filter Queen filters she argued with me and told me they weren't genuine and not the right filters and they weren't from their company. This company is ripping people off right and left by charging high prices for their vacuum cleaners and then expecting them to pay the high prices for the filters and the way they get even is by not honoring the warranty penalizing people, if they don't buy their high priced filers.
As far as them saying they will not charge me labor for replacing the parts, how hard is it to change a hose, wand and power end. Any person can do that with no problem at all. I hope you can understand where I am coming from on all this. How many other people I wonder has this company ripped off this way. Everything they sell is way over priced and I was one of the suckers that got sucked into it all. Now I have a piece of junk that is worthless to anyone. 1750.00 down the drain. Why would I want to put the ton of money I'm sure they will charge for their parts, when I can find one a 100% better than this piece of junk I got talked into buying. I still think they should make the vacuum good and replace the parts. Like I said they are ripping people off and right and left and getting away with it. Isn't this is what the Revdex.com is for to help people out that is getting ripped off. I think they should go on your bad list to everyone not to buy from them. So other people will know ahead of time.
