Needed 5 used printer cartridges refilled with ink. Two were not sufficient with ink, sent back assured me that I will get new, haven't yet, 2months
I brought my 5 ink cartridges in to get them refilled on 19/08/2019. Assured me they can get the job done and took my ph# to call me when its the job is done. I paid in full for them at this date. In the span of two weeks there was no call and I had to get a hold of them and it was on a Friday. They told be the cartridges are ready and I can pick up on the following Monday. I did, but there was a span of about a week and a half that I didn't put them in my printer. When I did inserted them in, 2 two out of 5 were flashing which indicts they are low on ink.The ones that weren't working were the Magenta and Cyan. I took them back the next day and they admitted to me that they had trouble filling those two. I wasn't told this at the time of pick up. The store worker assured me that they will re-do the filling of the ink and it will be ready sometime next week which I believe that was about 5 days. I never heard from them for two weeks. We are talking about mid to late September. I went there in person which was the second time in person since August and they told me they are ordering me two new cartridges at no cost to me. Of course! I would not pay a cent more!
Important: In the span of the agreement of the work order and payment to the present, I have never been contacted in any way from them directly to communicate with me on why this is taking so long to resolve. I have always called or went there in person to find out.
It's been three weeks since I was told I will be getting new cartridges. NO communication from them whatsoever.

I wanted this ready in time for my Son when he started school. This has taken a ridiculously and unacceptably too long of a time!
My request is my full money back of $83.25.

this company spam faxes people and includes contact information that is false. The phone number, email and fax number do not get any response. Even the website link on the BBB page doesn't work. I personally have never been a customer of this business but they fax me every week. The person that they are trying to fax moved out of the province many years ago (5+).
