Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2014/01/20) */ RE: Case # [redacted] In reference to the first allegation, I encouraged [redacted] to look for another moving company if she needed her items faster than the approximated delivery timeI had also advised [redacted] to purchase a bed in [redacted] [redacted] chose MicroShip because we were $1,cheaper than full service van linesWhen I booked the job with [redacted] , I told her I was making no guarantees on a delivery date and that I expected to be loading her items at the end of JanuaryOur paperwork properly states approximately 7-business days, for deliveryIn all reality, if you exclude holidays and below weather, remarkably we are still on scheduleThe extra $200, which is extremely fair, was for the extra items that she added to her shipment, that were not discussed when the original estimate was provided to herI called [redacted] from my home to discuss this matter and she agreed and needed to be reminded of our pre-booking conversationsShe then proceeded to ask how she could take back the bogus letter she sent to the Revdex.comIs this possible? In closing, we picked up her items on [redacted] and she is receiving her shipment in a timely fashionShe would have had her belongings already but we were crippled for a week with some of the worst weather I have seen, since I've been in business Sincerely, [redacted] ***
