Review: I tried a product this company advertise as a skin concealer for wounds marks. I took a picture of my scars and sent an enquiry. The recommend me to come in for an appointment to match skin color which I could not. I was sent to the website to pick a starter color which I paid $165 including shipping for a small bottle. Problem is although the color is correct, this product doesn't provide the concealment as advertise on their website. They posted all types of scars and how their product can conceal. I followed all the directions they sent but the product is bogus. I would like to send their product back and get a full refund. This is a misrepresentation. I spoke to a lady on the phone before I bought product who told me the saw my picture and that the product could help but I need to come in for color match. As this point it is product not hiding scars and it's the correct color. Thank you.Desired Settlement: full refund. thank you.
