My old computer had Win 10 home and it had automatic updates that you could not stop. Every time it updated it would slow down the computer and get more Microsoft junk on the computer that I would never use. I was told that the only way to stop the automatic updates was with Win 10 pro. So I paid I think it was $60. more for the pro edition on my new computer that I just bought. Now I am still getting automatic updates with more advertising than ever before. And no way to stop them. Why are they allowed to take control of my computer that I paid for?

Desired Outcome

Return what I paid extra for the pro edition and make all editions able to stop the updates if someone doesn't want them. All they are is a way for Microsoft to advertise and charge for things that use to be part of the operating system.

Wanted access to Office word and excel program in which I purchased Office Home & Student that had taken all my existing files out of MY COMPUTER!
I want all my personal files left on my computer for access at any time I so chose no have to long on Microsoft to get my private info!!!! That is not a agreement I consent too, neither was this published for me to decide if this is what I wanted, had to purchase, install and then find out!!!!! YOU owe me $150.00 for the purchase of and full access to old excel and word for this is how I keep my record keeping for finances, purchases, history, pics and I also store this all onto my USB drives too!!!! that now is not available because it was stolen and placed into Microsoft CLOUD!!!! I did not give permission to either!!!

I was billed 74.36 for Microsoft Office 3, which I never subscribed to. I want a refund I never authorized this and no one at microscoft answers
I was charged on my visa 74.36 , this was pending in my *** account I immediately tried to talk to a human in Microsoft and no on is returning my calls. I never authorized this charge and I want a full refund. *** gave me a number *** to contact them and I have had no success.
Terrible they don't even put a email contact on their system.

Purchased a code for Microsoft Office from *** for $99. Code did not work Have not received any help from company. They stole $99.00 from me.
I purchased a new code for Microsoft Office at *** on January 13, 2019. It did not work. I contacted customer service who said that if I would have purchased a code online they would have just simply sent another code. They gave me a free month of service while they figured out what happened. It has since expired and I have contacted them 3 more times to find out what is going on. I have received nothing. Microsoft is selling card in stores for $99.00 that do not work. They are essentially stealing money from consumers.
Also, when I talked to customer service, they were rude and blamed me for this issue. It was extremely unprofessional. I am out $99.00 and I do not have Microsoft office for my computer which is something I use everyday.

They need to take the cards they sell out of the stores because they are a fraud. They should give me 2 years of Microsoft Office because this has been a huge headache for me

Microsoft Office will not support the 2010 software that I have on my computer.
The issue is on their end.
On Wednesday, October 31, 2018 I sent an email at 6:20am, when I got home from work I noticed a message on my computer from Outlook, Microsoft Office that my outbound email wasn't sent. I contacted my ATT.net service to see if they could help me and she said that it was MSOffice issue.
So, I called and after being transfered around to agent after agent, I was told that I would need to upgrade to office 365 for them to help me. I said no, I purchased this on my laptop and don't plan to pay additional fees for service or support. At that time I asked to speak to a supervisor and she put me on hold, I was on hold for 27.58 minutes when I finally hung the phone up and decided to ask for help through the Revdex.com.

Microsoft Office Setup falsely claimed that my Microsoft Office 365 had expired and charged me $799.99 to renew this for 7 years.
A pop-up came on my computer on 10/14/18 stating there was a problem and I had to call the number given (to Microsoft Office Setup at 1-888-490-6675) to fix the problem. I called the number and spoke to Travis W who stated that my Microsoft ip address key had expired and I had to renew it for a minimum of $799.99 for a seven year contract. He stated that if I did not do this I could not use my computer. I agreed reluctantly to this, providing my bank checking number, since I felt I had no option. I twice called back while he was supposedly loading this on my computer (which took almost 90 minutes) to cancel but he argued very aggressively that this was necessary in order to use my computer. When I got the receipt for $500 plus $299.99 by email they did not state what service was provided (just said "purchase") and did not provide any contract or evidence that something had been provided. When I called Microsoft at 1-800-642-7676 they stated that my Microsoft Office 365 had been continuously in effect since 12/12/17, was still in effect until 12/12/18 and was set for automatic renewal. They stated I had been scammed by Microsoft Office Setup and urged me to call my bank to cancel the transaction. I called the bank on 10/16/18 and asked them to withhold payment of the two pending charges of $500 and $299.99. They stated they would do this and put in a claim. I emailed Microsoft Office Setup on 10/16/18 to state I had called my bank to withhold payment, that I had been informed it was a scam, and asked them to stop contacting me.

I've been paying for Office Home 365 and the product has not worked properly for two years or more, spoken with techs still not resolved.
I've been trying for over two years to get my Microsoft Office 365 Home product to work correctly. I've spoke with several Microsoft techs who have accessed my computer via logmein to work on the problem remotely. I spoke with a Microsoft tech today for almost 3 hrs with no resolve. She placed me on hold for escalation and never came back to the phone. I want to be compensated for the years of the product not working, and I want the product repaired. By someone who is knowledgable about the product.

Cant get install files for my 2010 license.
I was given a key as a gift from my previous employer, I had to get a new harddrive, so when I went to the MS website to download install files, I was unable to, it was stating that the key is MSDN and I need to contact their support. When I contacted their support, they said I would have to get the install files from the company that gave me the key. It was a gift, they never had install files, they took me to a website. This is just another ploy for MS to take more money form people when I have a valid key.

Unable to register my Microst Office product because your company won't email the security key to me.
Purchased 04/05/2018, began Microsoft Account 04/05/2018, Requested Security Code multiple times on 04/052018 to 04/06/2018 for verification of email address so I can activate my Microsoft Office 2016 which will expire 11 Apr 2018 on my new computer. I have tried using Microsoft's Virtual Assistant, looked for phone to call, tried every route possible and got no where. My email address is correct. I have checked my Junk Mail multiple times, it is empty. My email account is operational with my internet carrier. Why won't you deliver the service I paid for and why make it so difficult to receive the service?

I want the Security Code received ASAP (by 10 April 2018) and have my Microsoft Office Account established. If not I want a full refund. I would strongly encourage you to then remove your "product" from the marketplace because you refuse to fulfill the sales agreement.

Unauthorized Charge from Microsoft
I had an unauthorized charge from Microsoft through *** and tried to contact *** and they told me it was valid ey said it conought tacted Microsoft and they said it was valid but have never bought anything directly through Microsoft. This was put on a debit card ending in ***. Which has been since canceled. This is fraud on Microsoft charging a product that is authorized

2/24/2018 I purchase an *** subscription for my son's***. The system kept loading then left the payment screen. I pressed the purchase button thinking that it would refresh, but it only charged my card again. I callled customer care. The guy took all my info then hung up on me. Microsoft is continually trying to download an update on my computer that I do not want!!
Microsoft continually downloads an update to Windows 10 on my computer that does not work with my shortcuts. Everytime, I have to turn my computer off in the middle of the update or after it is finished, I have to go back and do a recovery to go to the previous windows form. THIS IS TEARING MY COMPUTER UP!!! I SHOULD NOT BE FORCED TO TAKE AN UPDATE THAT I DO NOT WANT, ON A COMPUTER THAT I OWN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
