Microsoft Rebates

Review: Microsoft has been taking money off my disability debit card, for almost a year. I wasn't aware of it until, 11/2014. I called my direct express and they told me, Microsoft was taking the money. I then called, Microsoft and they stated, they had no idea why, money was being taken off my card, when I don't have any accounts with Microsoft and they I had to take this issue up with direct express. I've had an open dispute since 11/22/2014 to only have it closed and reopened 1/23/2015. I've had 3 new cards issued and Microsoft, continues, to take money off the old card and direct express, allows those charges, on my new card. I'm not getting any answers nor am I getting my $1,300 plus back. They should not be allowed to continue to do this to people without some type of consequences
