Review: Purchased new HP Laptop with 3 year warranty from Microsoft Store on 3/20/2014. The computer was working improperly (several issues, one major), so I brought it to them for repairs on October 7th. Supposedly they repaired it, but when I returned home the major problem still existed. I brought it back again. They kept it overnight and supposedly repaired it completely. I took it home again only to have the same problem occur. I called on Friday the 10th and was told I would receive a return call same day. No one called back. I then emailed on Saturday the 11th, and again, received no response.Desired Settlement: This product has a 3 warranty against any defects including accidentally damaging it(dropping, spillage, etc.) I want it repaired promptly (used for work), properly and completely or my money refunded in full in the amount of $1,587.98.
