Microtel Inn and Suites Dover

Review: During a night stay at the hotel on Sunday, November 24, 2013 into Monday November 25, 2013 my sister was bit numerous times by beg bugs living in the mattress of room 228. She discovered 6 to 10 bumps on her neck that began to itch. We checked the mattress and box spring of the bed she slept in and discovered bed bugs. (We video taped a few that were visible and crawling.) After talking with the manager/supervisor on site and calling the main number, the only compensation offered was to be put in another room. No refund or apology or alert to other occupants was issued. The reservation was made through Orbitz.Desired Settlement: We would like a full refund and to let the public know that the hotel has bed bugs.
