To Whom it may concern, My Name is *** ***, I worked 7am to 3pm at the front desk on 12/28/I remember *** *** situation very well, it was about 10am when she approached me at the front desk asking me what time was late to check outI had responded late check out was
at 1pm and every hour after would be a $chargeShe (*** ***) stated to me she would be back before then, that she (*** ***) had just gotten approved for a loan she had been waiting on so she can extend her stay at the hotelTime had gone by and I was busy with mu duties here at the hotel and noticed the time, the housekeeper had informed me that quest in was in the room, so I had walked over and knocked for a whileI got no answer: as I was knocking I decided to call at the same timeI could hear her(*** ***) in the roomI then responded she needed to come to the front desk to extend her stayBy then it was almost 3pmI was getting ready to leave and informed the next front desk office attended (***) about the situation at hand regarding (Miss*** ***)*** *** , willing initial out policy cherequirements regarding arrivalIf the quest remains in the room his/her deposit of $goes to his/her balanceAs stated on our registration form check out time is at 12pm, late check out is at 1pm (*** ***) remained in the room #well after check out timeGuest had $deposit from reservation on 12/stated she made another reservation when never came throughGuest went back & forth w/credit Card Company& Priceline only to make reservation at another hotelSher said she wanted her stuff out of the roomI told her that was fine due to the room being occupied all day with her belongingsI would not be able to give her the deposit back that our hotel policy is any room occupied after 3pm is to be charged another full night, which is the case in this situationShe wanted to know why we didn’t call her, to which I responded there was no phone number on fileWhich she blamed me for not having itI told her again that I apologize but I could not give her the money back due to the room being occupied all dayI also told her I would be happy to open the door and let her get her stuff out but couldn’t give the deposit back I told her this three timesShe finally said to give her the money or she is calling the copsI told her that was her choice to do soSo she walked to the elevator went upstairs to 2nd floor walked around the halls stood in front of the room then went down the stairs out the side exit on side and walked to her car and sat in it from approx9:15pm till I left work at 11:with her lights on can running digging through her carI went outside twice to see if she was in there she was still going through her things in the car
