I am writing in response to the most recent complaint I received via postal mail about my business, Microvtechhelp LLC., that was submitted 12/7/and assigned ID 12545653.I am very sorry for the customer's loss or invasion of his personal computerI can understand his feeling of being cheated and lied to.My company's policy is we never solicit work nor do we practice any fraudulent activitiesOur first interaction with the customer was on August 29, He solicited my company by calling us to fix his email login issuesWe tuned up his computer and even installed securitiesHe paid $through Bill Pay; please see attached copy of the check I received from customer via postal mailThat was the first and last encounter we had with the customer.The accusations that my company has been accused of by the customer are very serious and very dangerousWe have not committed any of those accusations I would like to resolve this issue favorablyI am willing to refund him the $that he mailedMy business never took any money from the customer other than what was mailed using Bill PayI would like to thank the customer for bringing up this issue, because there could someone using my company's name to do fraudulent activities and my company getting blamed for it.Please let me know what is required from my end to resolve this issueI can provide all my bank statements to show none of those fraudulent transaction were deposited in my business account.Sincerely, [redacted] ManagerMicrovtechhelp, LLC

and lied to.My company's policy is we never solicit work nor do we practice any fraudulent activities. Our first interaction with the customer was on August 29, 2017. He solicited my company by calling us to fix his email login issues. We tuned up his computer and even installed securities. He paid $249.99 through Bill Pay; please see attached copy of the check I received from customer via postal mail. That was the first and last encounter we had with the customer.The accusations that my company has been accused of by the customer are very serious and very dangerous. We have not committed any of those accusations.  I would like to resolve this issue favorably. I am willing to refund him the $249.99 that he mailed. My business never took any money from the customer other than what was mailed using Bill Pay. I would like to thank the customer for bringing up this issue, because there could someone using my company's name to do fraudulent activities and my company getting blamed for it.Please let me know what is required from my end to resolve this issue.
