Microwave Display Repair

I had a microwave that showed all the signs of a bad magnetron, and since the magnetron was still under warranty, I called Sears to come check it out since that part of the microwave was still under warranty The tech from Sears said it was a bad control pad I found William Miller's site and sent him my keypad He emailed me and said that there was nothing wrong with the keypad, sent it back to me along with a full refund (so he ate the return shipping charge) and then took 1/hour walking me through troubleshooting my microwave with a multimeter Turned out it was a bad magnetron (thanks a lot SEARS....) Great guy to do business with Was shocked when I saw complaints about him here
