To whom this may concern,This message is regarding a complaint made by *** ***We have contacted the customer regarding her purchase so that we could handle the issue of her wanting a refund from a purchase she apparently regrets. It does state on the flyer that if you do not want our
goods or services, we must receive a letter, telegram within business days, which we did not receiveHowever, We did ask if she has receipt for her purchase and she informed us that she only has the copy of the check and nothing for the cash portionOur business does not offer cash back without proof of purchase, if the customer (*** ***) would like a refund for the amount that she wrote the check in, we will accommodate her in thisMs Ramp, must bring the product to our Fairfield, Ohio office for this transaction.Again, We are sorry that we can not give cash back without a receipt showing what was paid; no business would. A 100% refund has been made to  Ms. Ramp, the business was willing make this refund without a receipt as a sign of good faith.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], I did receive a full refund. The owner called me and we spoke for 11 minutes, during which time he repeatedly refused to refund any of the cash payment that  I had made. He kept saying that without a receipt I had no proof. I finally asked him if he had asked the salesman how much cash I had given him. He had not. He said that he would call the salesman and call me back in 5 minutes. He called me back about 5 minutes later, said that he had spoken to the salesman and that he would refund my full payment.

Per call from Ms. [redacted],The business did send a young man out with different steaks.  I didn't get any money back but I am happy.  I won't trust them in the future.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. The response from Joe [redacted](?) said that I was required to submit a letter requesting a refund. However, when I spoke to him on June 7 I specifically asked him if I needed to do anything else in order to get my refund and he told me NO. He told me that he would have Tony and Derek come back to my house and rectify the situation. He told me that they would call me on June 8. I told him at that time that Tony had not given me a receipt, but he gave no indication that this would be a problem. Unless Tony is lying about the payment then I don't see why they won't give me my full refund. I bought and am still in possession of their steak package which has 44 steaks, including fillets, sirloins & rib eyes. According to their pamphlet the wholesale price of this package is 399.99.  There is no way that I could have bought that much meat for $53.00. They are only offering to refund $53.00.  Are they expecting me to turn over all 44 steaks that I paid $194.00 for in exchange for the $53.00? Their offer is unacceptable. When I called on June 7 he gave me no indication that there would be any kind of problem with a refund. He told me that he was writing down the day and time of my call to document that I had called within the 3 day time frame.  I am more than willing to drive to Their location to return the merchandise, but they owe me a full refund!
