Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because:

I could not remove the door from the wall..... yes  they did put plastic on the door.... but when ?  there is overspray on the outside finish of my door which can not be removed.... I have text messages saved where  [redacted] told me to get estimates to  fix the door and  when I checked in with the manufacturer of the door they said any paint will  void the warrentee of the door.... it must be replaced.... when I told [redacted] what they told me and  I would gladly give him the information to contact the manufacturer  he said I would have to take it up with corp office... when I attempted to do that no one would return my call.... this door is a roll up door not a sectional..... if my  door is not  taken care of I will take them to court... I have full pictures and witnesses... I can and will prove my case...
Sincerely,
[redacted]
