a problem with the performance, we will get the manufacturer out to inspect. We offered this to the consumer but he refuses to allow us to make good on this issue. He has told us we are a shady company, which is very insulting to us, and does not want us to rectify this issue.
If he feels he was shorted on insulation we can get a truck over there at 7 am and get insulation pumped into there. But we need to get the manufacturer out there to evaluate the issue because we do not even know if there is a real problem. We do 20-30 homes per week and do not have these problems.
