This customer called and wanted us to work on his lawnmower and install a corroboratorHe only brought us the corroboratorHe gave us the wrong engine numberYou can not fix the corroborator without putting it in the engine and getting it startedWe informed him of that if we did not have the engine , and he gave me the engine number wrong a number of times and that cost me more money than he paid

First we picked up the mower at the customer's house at no chargeHe said it needed carburetor work downwe adjusted the carburetor and it still was not running correctlywe started troubleshooting and found many many more problems with the mower, we let the customer know it needed a lot mower work than the carburetorHe declinedWe charged our minimum charge of $which is posted on the walls of our store for all to seeWe have way more time in it than a half hourYou cant please everyone

This unit is 100% under warranty. We can’t find anything wrong with it, we called in their representative from [redacted] he came to our store and looked at the unit as well. He can find nothing wrong with it. He put it side-by-side with a brand new unused unit.We can’t just replace parts because...

a customer wants us to. There’s nothing wrong with this unit. The rep even sent pictures into the factory and they said there is nothing wrong with it.
