Being present when the [redacted]'s agreed to purchase their King of the Road from us I am very familiar with their situation. I will address their concerns as they are laid out in their initial letter to the Revdex.com. First...

let me say, I am sorry to hear that they are experiencing any level of frustration. Let alone enough to merit getting a third party involved. We want to do what is reasonable to resolve their concerns.
The [redacted] did purchase their 2003 King of the Road from us on October 28th for [redacted] The original price was discounted by [redacted] because they thought the trailer had more dining table chairs than what came with it. Mind you this was after they had already seen the trailer. There never were extra chairs however we made that concession to appease them. We have enough RV furniture taking up space that we don't remove furnishings from our units unless it was at the customer's request.
Between the time that they agreed to purchase the unit and the time that they took delivery we reconditioned the trailer. There are two main things we look at 1) what is covered under the 90 day warranty? And 2) what needs to be addressed structurally? For the first part we are required to replace, repair, and perform necessary maintenance on anything covered by the 90 day warranty. We did so. For the second part we worked through any structural concerns, primarily the kitchen/entertainment center slide. We completely replaced the roof of that slide because it had some minor water infiltration that we didn't want to worsen over time for the [redacted] We also repaired the floors in the other two slides as they weren't as rigid as we would like them to be for long term use. I can provide a copy of the internal work order that details all work that was performed to prepare the RV for delivery. At the time that they came in to pay the balance, they were pleased with the work and finalized the transaction.
As for the electrical cord, it is very common to have cosmetic flaws. If it wasn't functioning properly or was a hazard we would have replaced it. Had we been told it was a concern prior to them purchasing another one we would have exchanged it. We weren't given that opportunity. The couple that traded the coach in to us were using it pull time on that very cord which is likely why the prongs were "black and burnt looking". It obviously worked properly when we set up their RV on site because
