To Whom It May Concern: RE: Complaint ID [redacted] Mid-Atlantic Adventures provided amusement devices for an event on October 10th with [redacted] at the [redacted] in Rosedale, MDUnfortunately, due to employee negligence and violation of policy, [redacted] did not receive the full package of inflatable equipment he had initially orderedThe employees assigned to this event have since been terminated [redacted] and Hunter had initially reached a resolution involving a refund check in the amount of $The check request did not make it to the owner of the company in a timely fashion, thus the delayA check in the amount of $was mailed out within minutes of receiving the letter from the Revdex.com [redacted] has been a client of Mid-Atlantic Adventures for a number of years, so we do want to stress that this was in no way an expression of greed or malice on the part of Mid-Atlantic Adventures, but we do take full responsibility for the administrative oversightWe would like to extend a deep apology to [redacted] for the difficulty in getting this issue resolved, and we are taking steps to streamline and improve the post-event customer care practices at Mid-Atlantic AdventuresIf there is anything else we can do to resolve this, please let us know

An Investigation needs to be open with Mid-Atlantic Adventures Two large moon bounces were rented and for both delivery and pithere was only guy that delivered the merchandise The delivery was done in the morning approximately 9:am the heat index was already at degree The gentlemen that delivered the items looked like he was 18-He struggled with the moon bounces but did not say anything He was very pleasant and polite One of my family member offer to help but he did not take the offer It was just heartbroken seeing these young man struggling with the delivery/pick-upThenPick up I have to say it was the hardest to see for me and my family because it was dark, hot and late This weekend has been very hot that even at night the temperature index remain high approximately at 97-degrees It was ONLY guy picking up the moon bounces The guy looked very young approximately in 18-years old For the first moon bounce he had to get it alone and fell a couple timesGot stuck on a couple hill when wheeling the moon bounce back to the trailerThe guy was dehydrated, looked very tired and asked for water My family felt so bad that for the second moon bounce my brother help the guy and loaded the moon bounce onto the trailer himself because the guy could not The young man almost past out and we almost called the ambulance But the guy seem worried and said he was ok not to worry We asked him how long has he been doing this and he stated that he was working since 7:am and had another pick up after our house Let me remind you that the guy showed up at 10:PM to pick up the two moon bounces This is unacceptable for this company to have only guy picking up the merchandiseEspecially during the summer, it has been over degrees outside for these couple weeks This type of treatment towards the employees make me not want to rent from them AGAINSomething has to be done for this It looks like this company hires young people and pay them little to do hard work Please do something about this type of service We the customer see this maltreatment and are not satisfied

The check request did not make it to the owner of the company in a timely fashion, thus the delay. A check in the amount of $550.00 was mailed out within minutes of receiving the letter from the Revdex.com. [redacted] has been a client of Mid-Atlantic Adventures for a number of years, so we do want to stress that this was in no way an expression of greed or malice on the part of Mid-Atlantic Adventures, but we do take full responsibility for the administrative oversight. The guy looked very young approximately in 18-19 years old. For the first moon bounce he had to get it alone and fell a couple times. Got stuck on a couple hill when wheeling the moon bounce back to the trailer. The guy was dehydrated, looked very tired and asked for water. My family felt so bad that for the second moon bounce my brother help the guy and loaded the moon bounce onto the trailer himself because the guy could not.
