I don't understand the specific allegation and request that the consumer provide us some clarity. Please be absolutely SPECIFIC as to what business practice we are being accused of violatingWe have a perfect record with Revdex.com and take this matter seriously, however at this
time we are unable to comment based on the information provided to usPlease have the consumer provide the advertisement the we did not honor, and waive her privacy rights. This will not only allow us to defend ourselves of any allegations it will provide us the ability too share information with the Revdex.com If the customer is able to complete our request we look forward to working with the Revdex.com to reach a resolution

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID[redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was originally working with [redacted] that told me I was approved gave me the down payment amt and car note amount but when I test drive the mountaineer I didn't like it so I wanted the [redacted] but it was smoking and had issues so [redacted] took to have repaired I was to pick up on 1/2/15 I called prior [redacted] said car was ready to go I asked about vin# so I could get insurance did that to get there and [redacted] let's me test drive again car was still smoking and then [redacted] says look no banks approved you I was like well stephen told me differently And he said o well we can't help you I asked about buy here pay here he said we not doing no more this month he was so rude and walked off ]

Review: Advertise guaranteed financing and buy here pay here option needless to say they did not honor their advertisementDesired Settlement: I would like for the owner to call himself and apologize and discuss other issues that was done at his business staff very unprofessional and alot of crooked things with the loans

Review: At the time of purchase I was given a warranty on my vehicle which covered engine and transmission .

I contacted the company multiple time within warranty period and they refused to repair my vehicle.

he ([redacted]) claimed he would have it repaired but never followed through.Desired Settlement: repair or replace /compensation for missed time from work due to vehicle malfunctioning
