Review: I contacted MAFCU on a similar issue a few weeks before. I was instructed by [redacted] (not sure of last name) that if I deposit a check in a MAFCU native atm, there would be no issues. I confirmed this with [redacted] and went out of my way to deposit a check in the [redacted] HQ in order for a bounce to be avoided. In talking to [redacted] again, she was unhelpful and told me there was nothing the bank could do about the fees. I had asked for a transcript of our conversation (as the bank says its calls will be recorded for quality purposes but she refused to give this to me.

I have spent well over my share of fees with this incompetent bank, which I have not raised any issues on due to myself being at fault. This is where I draw the line.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund of $62 to my account to balance the fee's I have received due to misinformation. on the $1,067 check that did not clear. As of now I am still receiving fees from this same check. There are two fees I have gotten so far.
