Review: Mid Atlantic sold me a 10 year TRANE extended service warranty for both of my new TRANE units, but when I called TRANE, they told me that Mid Atlantic did not register the warranty with TRANE, I therefore do not have the extended warranty they 'sold' to me on 10/18/2010. I have the invoice as a receipt and the Credit card receipt. Trane has no record of this sale.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $500 charge for the extended warranty.
