My parents used this cleaning service for 3 years. They were signed up as "premium" customers which meant they were scheduled for twice a month cleanings on a monthly basis. Unfortunately my father passed away and my mother no longer has the funds to keep the service up and running. She called the owner and asked to cancel the service and he (Todd) made her aware of the 30 day cancellation notice that is written into their contract which requires her to pay for two additional cleanings. My mother called me upset saying that Todd was very rude to her over the phone and she was nervous about the financial implications. So I gave Todd a call and very politely asked for him to work with us given the extenuating circumstances and find some sort of middle ground. We might have just caught Todd on a bad day but he is clearly a tightly wound, defensive person. Our 5 minute conversation quickly descended into him raising his voice, saying "these contracts are what I live by" and that "if I was in your parents situation I would never ask to break a contract". When I tried to calm him down, he interrupted me again, aggressively, yelled "I'll see you in court!" and then hung up the phone. From my understanding, the cleaners of this service really do great work, but it is a shame they are being employed by a person of this caliber. I would think twice about utilizing a service that ultimately lines the pockets of an individual lacking empathy & professional maturity.
They don't know how to clean. They list the things that they do but if you don't give them a list they don't do just the basics of cleaning. They also contract by time but do not stay the allotted time you contract for. Would not recommend to anyone.
Mrs. paid for 3hrs. of service and we left 15 minutes early , we also forgot to wipe off the legs of her kitchen table and could not reach the entry top of her frig. after cleaning the WHOLE HOUSE that's all we missed per her text message to us two days after we cleaned her house. We are not perfect , we are human and missed those two things . We are truly sad to see her leave, but we understand , she wants everything perfect.
I would not recommend this company to my worse enemy. Basic services are not provide unless you provide it on a cleaning list is what I was told by the owner. Their contract is for hourly service. I contracted for 3.5 hours and they were not able to provide basic service for 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, family room and kitchen.
Mrs. seems to have her facts wrong . She hired our company to clean her house knowing she had to make her own cleaning list which is stated on our web-site for all customers to read , because we charge an hourly rate . She had us in her house for her first cleaning on 4-18-18 for 6.5 hrs and then wanted to sign a service agreement with us which she filled out herself to clean for 3.5 hrs and again knowing that she would provide a cleaning list , like all of our customers do because they only want certain things done since they are paying an hourly rate ,and then she expected us to do 6.5 hrs worth of work in 3.5 hrs IMPOSSIBLE . For anyone who would like a copy of her agreement which we have please let us no.
