Review: I have had many issues with my Range Rover. I contacted Mid Atlantic Warranty Corp. prior to a needed repair. They advised me to have the car repaired & pay for the repairs; and they would reimburse me. Those repairs cost approx $1100. Following the repairs I called several times a day and never got an answer or a call back. I also attempted to contact them via their website, but I didn't receive a response. Additionally, I've subsequently had to have multiple repairs, and haven't been able to reach anyone at the company. The warranty is now expired but prior to the expiration of the warranty, my engine went and I couldn't get in touch with anyone at the company to have it repaired.Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the total repairs up to and including the engine that needs to be replaced; or reimbursed for the car.

If your considering doing business with this company pay close attention to their 'F' grade. It's 'F' for a reason! I purchased my warranty from this company through a used car dealer when I bought my previous car. I had few claims come up that were covered repairs. They use a call service. Calls not returned in a timely manner (especially when your car is broke down on the side of the road). In fact, the majority of my calls were not returned. I had an authorization number for one of my repairs and they still never reimbursed me for the covered repair. They are a rip-off. Sent a certified letter to them and it was returned 'unclaimed'. Filed a complaint with the Revdex.com, no response. They obviously do not care about satisfying any customer who gives them money for their bogus warranties. Buyer beware. RUN from this company unless you just want to donate your money to them. My next step, lawsuit, because companies should NOT get away with this or even be in business!!!
