I know nothing about installing the calcite filter and water softener I purchasedI was going to hire a plumber and pay about $500, but was told by Mid Atlantic that it would be easy with their help over the phoneRight they were! This is an easy install for almost anyoneTurn off water supply, cut pipes in two, slide a shark bite fitting over pipe, attach to cpvc pipe with glue to filter, fit pipe to water softener, pipe to water outlet to home, plug in electricity to outlet, turn water back onThis was very easy with phone instructions provided

This experience all started about a year and a half ago I just bought my first house it had a water softener, I had no clue how to work this thing. So I called Mid Atlantic Water and Aidan helped me figure it out. I'm new to well water so anytime I had a question I would call and he answered. I recently figured out that my water had a lot of iron and sediment in it, I call (MAW) and Aidan told me about this whole house iron filter and told me it would work great for my issue so I ordered one and he then told me when it comes in if you need help with the installation just call me and I'll walk you through it. Wait call you and your going to help me? Not just send out someone to charge me $$$. There are very few home improvement experiences where people just help and don't ask for cash. Bottom line my filter is in and working great and this company will definitely get my repeat business and anyone I know will definitely be referred to Mid Atlantic Water.. I bought a duplex and the well water was horrible the water was acidic and hard so I did some research and all roads pointed to Mid Atlantic water for price, installation and tech support.
They were awesome through the whole process , I installed the entire system my self and it does exactly what I needed it to do. I will highly recommend them.
