Review: It was so difficult to even choose a category for this complaint description because there was so many that fit this situation. We have been dealing with this company now for over two months. The first thing they did was have a sales rep come to our home and inspect our basement. He told us what all the problems and solutions were, told us everything we would be getting out of it, and how we needed to get their company to do the repairs. He sweet talked his way into getting the deposit check. We were excited to be getting our basement repaired- it needed done. We bought this home to fix it up and turn it into our own but a wet basement was standing in the way and needed remedied. We thought this company cared and wanted our business. We were so wrong. This has turned into lie after lie. They got us scheduled for the first week of September, and told us that it would only take a few days. The sales rep told us that they didnt sub contract work out, and that they didnt buy their supplies from [redacted]. What a lie! The sub contracted company showed up at 8:30 (was supposed to be there at 8:00am) and all their supplies were from [redacted]! They then continued to smoke numerous amounts of cigarettes all morning and then tossed them all through my yard even after being politely asked twice not to and to just throw them in the fire pit that was 4 feet from them! We have a farm business and free range our chickens, if they eat cigarette butts, they can die! They continued to flick their butts where they pleased each day they were there. The first day this company came to my house they told us they had only been in business for a short time (NOT COMFORTTING TO HEAR). At about 12:30 pm, they were already gone. We were quite confused when we thought they had taken lunch and never came back. The next day we were told that one of the men needed to go get a paycheck so they all left. Real Professional. That shouldnt have happened on my time and was not my problem. This company was a joke- the concrete they then laid looked like a five year old did it. There were holes everywhere, drains that were shut because they sloppily dropped concrete down them, and they even hit my kitchen pipe. They completed their work in roughly 4 days- very short days, and left. Nothing to be signed, nothing said, just gone. We then had another contractor (who we trusted) come out to take a look because we knew some things werent right. He told us everything that was done wrong, and he was right! The company had to send another crew out again just to fix their mistakes! Even then, we were told the crew would arrive at 10:00am, they showed up at 12:30pm. I called about this and told they had to get supplies. Why not be prepared for a job the day before? Definitely not great business practices and customer service. Weve lost several 10hr days taking off work to be here for this company while the work is going on. They then left at 3:20 the same day!! We found out right after they left that they started working on the kitchen sink pipe to repair it, but never told us not to use it! Luckily we went down there to see what was done and noticed it! We were never told that we couldnt use the sink! What if we had just ran it as usual but ran water all over the basement?? We were told we were also getting mold remediation on all the walls where there had been water damage, this was never done either, yet I am expected to pay for this??? Its like pulling teeth with this place just to get the things you were promised! There is so much more this company has done that just disgusts us. The customer service is terrible, the sales reps are liars, the workers are incompetent and rude, and their management can BARELY be bothered with problems. I paid a $500 deposit to get this work scheduled, and here I am two and a half months later with huge mess and havent had use of my basement for this entire time. Not to mention the huge bill they will be sending me of approximately $12,000!! This has been an absolute nightmare! I am advising everyone in my area to never, ever, ever, use this company. Their customer service is terrible and they act like you are a total inconvenience to them, or maybe it was just us- I know I dont have a $300,000 home, but that does not mean I am not a paying customer and both me and my house deserve respect. The most disturbing thing about this whole thing, is that it is just so sad that this is how this company works and functions. They are just out for the money- nothing they do has anything to do with taking pride in their work and truly fixing someones home. Stay away from this place- Ive never had such an awful experience in my entire life.Desired Settlement: deposit refundlower billing chargesfix mistakesprovide what was promised apology

Response:

We have agreed to perform additional waterproofing work at this consumer's direction in the basement of the residence. Additionally, we will adjust finance terms to compensate this consumer for inconveniences he has endured. We will work together toward a complete resolution of this complaint.

Review: The initial work was done in Nov. of '13 by an incompetent crew. they were brought back to redo the work in Jan. of this year, and the problem still exist. I was promised a rebate for all the aggravation that it caused. I was sent a document that I was to sign in order to receive this rebate, but in doing so would revoke all rights to complaints to The Revdex.com or any other media source; and would cancel my life time warranty. Multiple phone calls to the management are treated very unprofessionally, calls are not returned or disregarded completely. When someone did look into the problem at my home on July 16th, I was told the company would get back with me immediately, with a solution to the problem no later than July 18th. I still have not been contacted as of today Jul 22nd.Desired Settlement: I would like what I was promised, and a resolution to the problem that still exist. If that can not be accomplished, I would want my money completely refunded and I will hire some other company with better business practices to come in and do the job correctly.

Response:

This correspondence is in response to the complaint filed 7/22/14 as referenced above. Service to this homeowner included investigating the source of a damp interior wall in the back right corner of the garage.

On July 16, 2014, in response to Mr. [redacted]’s concerns a service call was scheduled.

During this service call, we investigated from the inside of the building by drilling higher weep holes in the face of the cinder block. In doing so we were checking to see if the walls were holding water or not. It was determined that they are not holding water but were damp to the touch. At this point we feel that the downspout directly outside this problem corner could possibly be broken or cracked below grade and causing the wall to remain damp. This is an obstructed area. An exterior approach to resolving the issue was discussed with Mr. [redacted] and we will move forward with that after verifying that is the source of the problem. We will verify this by using a camera snake that will be sent down the downspout to inspect for leaks. At this time, the camera is in another office and we are working on getting back to Pittsburgh so this can be done.

Additionally, please know that Mid-Atlantic Systems supports its Lifetime Warranty 100% and will continue to provide that service to Mr. [redacted] should he have any additional concerns.

Review: We had Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing come to our house on June 5, 2014 for a free estimate because we have a stream of water constantly coming into our basement. We decided to go with this company. We gave them a 3rd down payment of $2,422. They cashed the check by the following week. They had 4 Mexican men come to my house on Wednesday, June 25, 2014 to do the job. They refused to do the job saying it was not a clean area because my water heater and pipes are against the wall they were to work on. They left. The company gave us no other solution to getting the work done. My husband said that we want our money back. My husband talked to a man named [redacted] and he said the check has to come from corporate and that it should be in the office by Monday, June 30, 2014.The check is not in the office for us to pick up. We are getting the run around because the General Manager (who [redacted] says handles this)refused to talk to my husband about getting our money back. The secretary there claims that he is in a meeting, on a conference call or is gone for the day. [redacted] says that it is out of his hands and that the General Manger has to handle this.Desired Settlement: I just want my down payment money back in the amount of $2,422.

Business

Response:

Ms. [redacted] received her refund check in person on 7/07/14. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Review: I am on the Federal 'No Call' list. Yet they call my Cell phone which is also on the list. I have also asked them to stop calling me. I received a reply asking I call THEM back and they stop calling. I would never do that, all I am doing is verifing my Cell Phone number to them. It has been going on for months, on and off call with no message.Desired Settlement: Just hve them stop and have the FCC fine them for every call they make to me

Business

Response:

Mid-Atlantic performs monthly due diligence for the federal and state Do Not Call lists. Further, we implement a scrubbing process which identifies and removes any additional numbers identified as Do Not Call.

We scheduled and confirmed an appointment for October 10, 2013, at [redacted]. Upon arrival at the residence, our representative called, and reported that no one was present.

The contact name for the appointment was not [redacted], and the contact number was listed as [redacted] . This number does not appear on our DNC list. A secondary number [redacted] was provided to us during one of our conversations when setting or confirming the original appointment.

As of this date, we have removed all referenced phone numbers from our calling lists. Please forgive any inconvenience we may have created.

Consumer

Response:

The last call I received was Saturday February 1, 2014. I also have never requested this company to do anything for me. I am sitting in my basement, the house is 10 years old, I have no need for water proofing. I have been on The Government no call list. They are calling my Cell Phone which I also have on the No Call List.

Review: I shouldn't be surprised that the promise to reimburse me for costs involved have not happened. the sales rep sounded good and convincing but the home office later would not support the claims. It was too late for me because I had signed the contract. The removal of my furnace was not in the contract. When the installers came, they could not do the job because of the furnace. The company low balled me on the reimbursement; fortunately I had a quote from a furnace company which was higher than they wanted to pay. The furnace was removed, but during this time, the weather had high temps into the 90's. The company agreed to pay for my family to stay at a hotel for a few days. I am still waiting for this reimbursement also. I caught this company in so many lies; the sales rep and the home office. It is now three weeks since installation and I am still waiting for the company to keep their word. Clearly truth and integrity is not a part of this company's mission statement.Desired Settlement: Reimbursement of the furnace removal and hotel costs; The company has the receipts. Plus the two days I had to take off from work to meet the installers.($250 day X 2 = $500)

Business

Response:

As the consumer stated, the removal of the furnace was NOT in the contract. To accommodate, we paid the cost of relocating the furnace ($1180.00) AND we paid for the consumer's hotel stay for the duration of the time that it took to relocate the furnace ($260.00) A check in the amount of $1440.00 was sent to the consumer on 10/03/14. It was at the consumer's discretion to "take off from work" to "meet the installers" regardless of the relocation of the furnace. The relocation of the furnace and hotel board were provided as a goodwill gesture, free of charge, and above and beyond any terms of the Agreement signed by the homeowner.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: Service was performed in timely manner and done as expected. The services technicians informed me they had to disconnect hot water radiators in order to perform the required work. I approved. The work was completed on 5/7/13. I was not told that any action was required before being able to use my furnace again. I turned on the furnace on 5/12/13. Luckily I went into the furnace room to get something and saw water all over the floor. It was coming from the pressure release valve on the boiler. I shut the water to it off and called Mid-Atlantic. They told me to have a plumber fix it and they would reimburse me the costs. On 5/13/13, a plumber fixed it and on 5/14/13 I faxed the information to my contact at Mid-Atlantic and received verbal confirmation that it had been received by him. I have since called the person working on my issue 5/16, 5/20, 5/22, 5/28, 6/13 and 6/26 either leaving a message with the receptionist or being told he had not got around to it yet.Desired Settlement: Would simply like the money that I was told I'd receive back.

Business

Response:

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and assured him that the invoice for the work on his boiler would be reimbursed.

I have also addressed the issue of the lack of urgency and follow through from Mid Atlantic Waterproofing

personel in the Moroeville office regarding this matter. The reimbursement was sent out on June, 28th, 2013

and Mr. [redacted] informed me that he has recieved the check. The check # is [redacted] in the amount of #[redacted].

Mr. [redacted] said he would contact the Revdex.com and let you know he has recieved the payment.

Review: Following an initial job estimate, the company requested a second visit that would necessitate my spouse being present. I stated that that would not be necessary and would not occur. They responded that it was necessary to have the spouse present, to which I stated that I was no longer interested in their service. During this initial time, they made an excessive number of phone calls to me, multiple times each day on my cell phone and home phone in the evening. Following my request to end any service, they proceeded to continue to call me on my cell phone and home phone well over 20 times. Since I recognized the numbers, I did not answer. As this persisted, I did answer to reemphasized my requested to end any type of service and they responded that their "auto dial system...resets and continues to dial phone numbers". An email received by my wife from John S[redacted], General Manager, on Feb 29, 2016 stated that they would put our number on a "do not call list". While that lasted for a couple of weeks, the repeated calls have resumed. The calls have come from ###-###-#### in [redacted] and ###-###-#### in [redacted]. In their repeated calls and email they have stated that they are "currently doing several jobs in the area" and could offer a special rate.

I have continued to not answer the calls, but last Wednesday, Mar 23, I did answer a call made to our home number. I attempted to tell the caller that I was not interested and wanted the calls to stop. She continuously interrupted and attempted to talk over me and would not allow me to complete a sentence. I ended the call. They have continued to call, at least once on Saturday, Mar 26 and today Mar 28. I consider their high pressure sales methods of excessive calls, pressure to have my spouse present, follow-up offers of volume rates, and disregard of my stated desire to end any and all contact as being abusive and harassment.Desired Settlement: Besides no further contact, the high pressure and harassing sales methods used need to be recorded in reference to this company.

Business

Response:

We will be putting the homeowner on our Do Not Call List immediately. Apologies for the additional unwanted calls.

Review: Purpose of complaint: Damage to sewer line from jackhammering during installation process of water proofing system. Mid-Atlantic performed installation of a water proofing system to include two sump pumps to prevent water and mold in basement. Basement is finished. Installation dates: 26 Jun 2013 thru 28 Jun 2013. Basement is finished.Mid-Atlantic was contacted early July . Purpose of call was to inform them the commode could not be reinstalled properly because the flange was not set level while placing the wet concrete. A thin piece of plastic protruded from the entrance of sewer line (pic available). In addition, large pieces of jackhammered debris were in the entrance to the sewer line. Mid-Atlantic response: The installation team performs this type of work on a daily basis and they were the best team. No one came to the house to inspect this complaint. Major storm system 28 Aug 2013: Heavy rain caused the sewer to back up and affected the entire basement. A good 2-3 inches of water entered the basement through the sewer entrances. Mid-Atlantic was called right away to inform them of the sewer backup. Mid-Atlantic response: Not responsible for sewer backup.Plumbing company #1 was contacted the same day. They responded to the call the next morning, 29 Aug 2013. A camera at the entrance of the sewer line identified some gravel in the line and water flowed. Cost: $99.00Sewer debris required need of a disaster response company to remove/dispose carpeting and decontaminate the entire basement. Cost for decontamination: $2,766.18. Cost to replace carpeting: $3,300.00Installation of commode was attempted anticipating the wax seal would adhere properly despite unleveled flange. Plastic and large pieces of jackhammered debris and gravel were removed from the sewer line entrance prior to installation of the commode. Unleveled flange caused wax ring to not seal properly. Plumbing company #2 was contacted 23 Sep 2013 to repair the unleveled flange and re-install the commode. The excess concrete was drilled out and flange leveled. Commode still could not be re-installed because the plumbing company identified water in the line that was not draining out. Result: Backup somewhere in the sewer line. Plumbing company #2 could not clear the line as they had no camera to identify the blockage. Cost: $85.00 Plumbing company #3 was contacted 26 Sep 2013. A camera was used to isolate the problem. Nothing major was detected but it was noticed one area could not be accessed. Water flowed once again. Cost $200.00.Another sewer backup occurred 13 Oct 2013. Plumbing Company #3 was called again. A camera was used once again from a different angle. The problem was finally isolated. A sewer cleanout area located near the shower was jackhammered by waterproofing company to place the interior French drain and covered with gravel and concrete (pic available). Plumbing Company #3 was required to drill out the concrete at the site of the sewer cleanout area. Cause of the repeated sewer backup since installation of the waterproofing system: Broken sewer line from jackhammering and gravel. Cost: Undetermined. A sewer line will require replacement. Conclusion: No alternative but to file a complaint. Mid-Atlantic was contacted a several times and responses were always the same, best team to perform the work. My complaint about the sewer problem was never acknowledged as an error or their part nor did they attempt to come to inspect it.Desired Settlement: Provide funds for replacement of the affected sewer line replacement.

Response:

[redacted], GM, visited the home of Mr. and Mrs. [redacted] on October 24th to review the issues stated in the complaint.

After reviewing the complaint, an inspection was done by [redacted]. The findings are as follows; it is very probable that the

sewer line was damaged during the installation of MidAtlantics' sub floor water management system. There is a clean out

that was damaged during the removal of the concrete floor in the bathroom. The [redacted] were informed that the cost of this

repair would be taken care of at no expense to the home owner. The cost for the plumber to come in and reset the toilet flange

will also be re-imbursed, as well as the cost for the camera inspection done on two occasions by the plumber. [redacted]

spoke with the plumber that Mr./Mrs. [redacted] had contacted to do the inspections and repairs. His name is [redacted], he informed

[redacted] that the repairs would be done sometime the week of November 4th, 2013. Mr. [redacted] also informed [redacted] that the

damages caused by the storm sewer backing up were in no way related or tied to the work done by MidAtlantic and that many homes

in the Latrobe area had experienced the storm sewers backing up during the same storm. Mrs. [redacted] filed a claim with her insurance

carrier, "[redacted]" . [redacted] has reimbursed the [redacted] a total of $2766.18 to date. MidAtlantic has no liability for the damage

caused by the storm sewers backing up. To reiterate once again the decontamination and carpet cost is not due to work related to

MidAtlantic.

The total expense for the damaged sewer line is yet to be determined. To date there has been a total of $285.00 out of pocket expense for the

work performed by the plumbers with a final cost to be determined when the sewer clean out is repaired. MidAtlantic will cover these costs when

a total is determined.

Review: I contracted midatlantic waterproofing to do my basement. they finished the job nov.18 2013 . they hooked up sump pump , but they placed pvc pipe going up hill and water came in the basement, called several times got back to me a week later, came out to fix problem, but they had to try several times to corrct it. each time I said water was still coming in. finnaly got most of problem solved, mid jan.2014. they had to do a little caulking and turn on sump pump. I have been waiting since then to get this finished. called several times since beginning of mar. ,but they need a dry day. we've had several dry days this month still nothing, I paid them in full in nov 2013. the are horrible at returning calls and doing things in a timely manner. today is mar.27 2013Desired Settlement: I think I should be reimbursed some money, because it is 5 months later and job still isn't finished, and I paid them in full 5 months ago

Business

Response:

We are aware of Mrs.[redacted]'s issue and have been trying to resolve them. The major problem is that there is a drywell in her yard that we

ran our drain to and the dry well has failed. We have a solution to the problem and have scheduled for the service to be done on Friday

April 25th. Mid-Atlantic actually split the cost of trying to have the dry well fixed. Our concern is that the water we are moving out of the basement

drains properly and has no impact on the neighbors or the walkways/streets in the borough. Hopefully we will have all these issues rectified this week.

Response:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Review: We contracted Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing on August 30, 2013. The work crew completed their work and were preparing to leave when the foreman came to us to walk us through their job. They had installed the sump pump in the furthermost section of our cellar and had the water draining out the cellar wall onto the grass beside our driveway. We told them that this was not acceptable but we were told it had to be there. After a few weeks of watching the outflowing water eat away at our yard and start washing a furrow into our graveled driveway, we called to request the crew to come rectify the situation. A representative came to hear us out then offered a couple of possible ways to resolve this issue. Because it was wintering up, he fashioned a draining pipe which carried the waterflow up around our back patio area and then emptied the water onto our lawn. The pipe froze up, ruptured and water again began washing out our driveway and causing ice to form on the sidewalk in front of our home making it unsafe for pedestrians. He came back with a plumber to put on more pipe glue, the water didn't drain because the depth of the installation of the drainage pipe was uphill and not draining properly so now the pipe re-ruptured and the water is again icing up our driveway and front walkway. We've called and were told someone would call us back and we've been waiting and not getting any response. This drainage issue is clearly in violation of the terms of our contract for satisfaction. Also, our sewer pipes had been damaged then we were forced to pay extra to replace the terra cotta pipes and an additional charge for installation. This should have been factored into the original contract. We did complain and were given the cost of the pipes back, but we feel that the additional amount they charged was gouging us. We are very dissatisfied and seek resolution for this matter.Desired Settlement: We want the drainage installed in such a manner as to not have the outflowing discharge water visible! We don't want pipes hanging out for the lawn mower to run into, we don't want an area of lawn being washed away. This has to be done correctly and to the company's cost. It's not right and we're not accepting this shoddy work.

Business

Response:

To All Concerned:

We have received the complaint filed by Mr. [redacted]. In response we have scheduled a service appointment for March 7, 2014.

His concerns are legitimate and we will continue to service our work. The drainage issue will be rectified through the installation of a “dry well.” The exterior drain pipe will be buried below the freeze line and eliminate several of Mr. [redacted]’s concerns, including surface water, freezing of the drain pipe and any erosion issues that exist.

We have spoken with Mr. [redacted] and he is in agreement with the proposed changes.

Review: Installation of SumpPump by MidAtlantic Waterproofing:System installed 6-6-2014. In the sales process, I was assured that installers would be their employees and not subcontractors. 3 men arrived and were not employees! The entire process was so unsatisfactory!!!Inside: plastic runners on floor and up side wall were uneven, stuck outfrom wall in some places, spaces between runners, open at the end.Pipe connecting pipe from pump to outside downspout about 18" from thewall, big gap. Wires from pump to electrical outlet were hanging acrossother electrical wires, pulling them down. Two men came with truck full of stones, laid on tarp in driveway. Remaining stones after finishing were dumped under the porch.[redacted] the supervisor came and declared that everything looked OK, butnot completed for him to evaluate!Outside: very important part of install, connection to downspout not correct, was not draining from inside to the downspout. [redacted], maintenance supervisor from [redacted], had to show them the correctway to connect these. To quote [redacted]: " This is the worst job I have ever seen" andhe has worked in construction many years.Installation of SumpPump by MidAtlantic Waterproofing:Driveway: Hosed of tarp and left white residue on my driveway and a spoton my neighbor's. MWI has made arrangements to have the driveway redone and I have a check for those costs. Scheduling with [redacted].MWI sent 2 EMPLOYEES to do fixes. Redid plastic runners, moved pipe, took wiring from being over other wires. I asked that the extra wire be folded up and connected to pipe and wood supports. Done but still look sloppy. Not broom clean as in sales agreement. Footprints on carpet, linoleum at bottom of stairs. [redacted] indicated he would have that cleaned. Not done.Lack of communication:Appointments with [redacted] and [redacted] not followed. No word either why!Sent pictures - letters to [redacted]. Again nothing.Desired Settlement: Desired Settlement: Compensation for the time and inconvenience for this whole process. (This has been more than a month since sales agreement, install, correction of install, etc.)Cost of job refunded. Balance owed waived.Cannot use garage (filled with boxes from basement), use of my time trying to get install errors corrected.

Business

Response:

To All Concerned:

This correspondence is in response to the complaint filed 7/28/14 as referenced above. Service to this homeowner included contracting to reseal the driveway at no cost and reducing the charge for total footage for the job.

On June 9, 2014, in response to Ms. [redacted]’s concerns a service call was scheduled for June 9. She would not allow the service technician perform any work at that time. The Production Manager returned again to her home with the Condominium Association Manager in attendance.

During this service call, issues were identified and verified with Ms. [redacted]. Services were performed in accordance with that request and Ms. [redacted] signed the service ticket indicating her satisfaction with the exception of footprints on her carpet.

There remains a balance of $1000.00 for the work we performed. At this time we offer to reduce that balance by $250.00 to have her small area rug professionally cleaned, leaving an outstanding balance of $750.00.

Additionally, please know that Mid-Atlantic Systems supports its Lifetime Warranty 100% and will continue to provide that service to Ms. [redacted] should she have any additional concerns.

Review: We had Mid Atlantic come in April 2014 and put in drains and two sump pumps because we had a wall bowing in and two corners that were damp but no running water coming out. Since their work has been completed the whole outside edge of out floor above their drains is either constantly damp or has water laying in puddles. They had someone come out On July 8th a few good weeks after I called and he drilled holes in our blocks and sealed the gray edge by the floor. I called back and stated it is still damp and with puddles and now I have noticed a MAJOR mold issue. I was told on this week that they could not come out for at least a month which is scheduled for August 25th. I explained that I have big time mold issues and the receptionist told me they are not responsible for mold and yes I think they are because they are the reason I have it all over our personal items in the basement which include my kids toys. I myself and my oldest son are very allergic to mold and he has allergy induced asthma which is a major concern with this mold issue. I have been calling everyday because [redacted] the receptionist keeps telling me that she will get a hold of the manager to work us in, but I hear the excuse that he is out of the office and I promise I will call you back and I never hear back from her. We are a one income family and there is 5 of us and we paid $12,780 that put a hardship on us, but we trusted them that this was the right thing to do because this was our home. I feel very taken advantage of and we need our water problems they created fixed now to get rid of the mold and don't know how we will pay for it because of all the money we gave them. I sent [redacted] as per her request pictures of the water problem areas and I also included pictures of all the mold by email. I also requested a full refund back due to all the damage they have now caused to our home. I hope to hear back from them for a resolution or I will have no choice but to seek further action for the good of my family and their health.Desired Settlement: I am requesting a full refund because of all the damage your work has done to our basement and all our personal property in it that will need replaced and for the proper cleaning for the mold. Thank you

In attempt to satisfy Mrs. [redacted], Mid-Atlantic Waterproofing is prepared to do the following;

1) Perform a radon seal at the top of the track to prevent any moisture from filtering into the basement air to help control humidity if in fact this process is taking place.

2) Reimburse your cost incurred for the de-humidifier that you purchased.

3) Install at no cost to you a speedy drain at the bottom of your stairwell to prevent water penetration at the basement door.

4) Install at no cost to you a [redacted] air purifier to control the moisture in the air and increase the air quality in your entire home.

With the moisture readings taken on your basement walls it is apparent that the block is not holding water and our system is doing what it is designed to do.

We await her decision.
