Review: Today, I received a letter from the Department of Motor Vehicle. It stated that the vehicle in question has received request from your office to be processed to d have a Lien placed against it.
My vehicle was brought to your office on December 31, 2013 after it was in an accident in the [redacted] Area. The owner, (me) contacted your office within 4 hours to make arrange to have the vehicle moved from your facility. I was advised that the facility was closed, and that would be closed on the following day January 1, 2014 due to the holiday.
On January 2, 2014 as informed by your dispatcher prior, I arrived at your office, and signed the release form for the vehicle is taken over by the insurance company. Within 24-48 hours after the insurance company contacted your office, the vehicle was moved to a repair shopDesired Settlement: The party hanged up on me.
