To Whom It may Concern, In regards to the customer complaint stating that he was quoted is unfortunately not trueThis customer had a driver who called in for service because he had ran into a ditch on Produce Road and the truck was almost overturnedThe trailer wheels were barely on the ground and the tractor rear wheels were raised in the air well over feetThe truck was loaded with rolls of paper weighing 44,lbsThis along with the truck weight totaled around 80,lbsAt no time was anyone in my dispatch asked for a total priceEven if they had been asked they could not have given one because they had no idea how long it would take to remove this from the ditchWe used rotating wreckers and one regular heavy duty wrecker to lift and winch this from the ditchOur rate PER truck is per hourIt took hours each with these large trucks to remove this from the ditchI was on scene personally and priced this run myselfI took off dollars per hour per truck because I felt sorry for the driver of the truckThere was no additional damage to his truck and trailerI will enclose a picture of how this looked upon our arrivalNot only was the customer billed fairly, he was underchargedHe’s truly lucky we have the equipment to handle this type of job Respectfully, *** *** Operations Manager Suburban Towing IncBus: ###-###-####

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.    That was bald face lie the guy told me the rate of 250 per hour and it would take one truck about two hours to pull truck out of ditch. I never would have agreed to those Terms knowing I didn't have funds to cover it I would have called another company with a stronger tow capacity to only use one 75 ton wrecked to do the job I feel really riped off, still haven't received call from company this place is real shady
