[I spoke with the City of New York ###-###-#### who posted the original "stop work order" and today November **, confirmed that no action has been taken to repair the violation ***I spoke with various tenants in the building and tenants have confirmed that they are not receiving any heat inside their apartments.

The oil burner has an electronic ignition and is not gas fired, and therefore is not affected by issues with gas service in the basementHeat and hot water has been consistently provided as required. Thank you
