Kate S*** Attachments1:PM (hours ago)to me In response to complaint ID ***… I did not take Ms***s initial call, so I do not know exactly what she was told, but I did speak with her later in the day on Friday, May 6th and twice on Monday, May 9th
I explained to her that we had to verify the error at the ATM before we could move forward with any refund, and that she should call her bank to start the dispute process We did confirm the error, but were unable to reverse the transaction due to the amount of time that had passed since the initial transaction At that time, I contacted our processor and asked them to initiate the Reg E Chargeback for Ms***s transaction, as that would provide a faster turnaround time than going through her bank I received the notification from the processor on Wednesday, May 11th (see attached), and accepted the dispute, which allowed them to begin the refund process. I do not know how long the refund process takes, but if she has not already received her refund, she should receive it shortly. Please let me know if you require any additional information. Review: This is both an advertising and service complaint. This company towed my car when it was parked illegally on private property. I went to pick it up the next day and their prices did not match the prices on their signage out front. I waited about 30 minutes to get my car because the manager had to drive to the lot. (It was normal business hours and no one was there.) Upon closer inspection there was a 10 inch gash in my bumper and my front right headlight was punctured. I bought this car about 5 weeks ago.Desired Settlement: They should to pay for the damage they did to my car.

Review: This company illegally towed my vehicle and held it hostage until I paid them in cash $184. The vehicle was taken form a paid parking lot where the fee was paid to park.Desired Settlement: $184.

Review: On Sunday 11/16/14, my father-in-law came to visit me at my apartment complex. My father-in-law was provided with the guest parking permit for my apartment complex and was parked in my parking space designated for my apartment. Mid City Towing came and towed his car away. Once realizing this, I contacted the front office of Tonti Properties and inquired about the tow company that was utilized for these services. Tonti informed that Mid City was contracted with them in regards to towing. I was provided with Mid City's contact information.I contacted the number provided (###-###-####) and spoke with a male at 3:52 pm. I informed him of the issue that my father-in-laws car was towed when he had the appropriate tags in his car and he was parked in my space that I pay for. The male (named [redacted] stated that he would contact the driver and the driver would call me and bring the car back. I contacted [redacted] once again at 4:07 PM to follow-up to ensure that he had my contact information. [redacted] stated that the number was on his caller ID and reiterated my number back to ensure it was correct. [redacted] then informed that the driver, [redacted] wold be in contact shortly. [redacted], the driver, contacted me at 4:09 PM. When I answered the phone, [redacted] was very loud and aggressive. He yelled that he was "doing you a f[redacted] favor" and that he knows all the cars at this location. I informed [redacted] that he was not doing me any favors when the car was parked in a spot that I pay for with the guest parking pass. I informed him that regardless I thank you for bringing the truck back and I would see him when he returns. [redacted] hung up in my ear. [redacted] called me back again at 4:12 PM and I missed the call but called him right back. [redacted] was once again very rude and stated that he was "not bring the f[redacted] car back" and that I would have to pick up the car at Mid City Towing. He also stated and did you know that now you have to pay $120 and hung up. I received two more curse laden rude calls.Desired Settlement: I would like Mid City to train their employments in customer service and how to act professional. I would also like to be refunded the money ($184) that was paid to get the car out of the tow yard. [redacted] needs to have a consequences for the way he behaved and interacted with a customer.
