Mid-City Dental Service

My family has been a long time patients of Dr***'s and the customer service has never been the greatest but over the past year it is absolutely deplorableThe only reason I continue to go back is Dr*** is an amazing dentist and very gentle I've tried for the past month to make an appointment for my son a cleaning and to have some dental working completed per the request of his orthodontist but have been unsuccessful I called a couple weeks ago to make an appointment and had the displeasure of speaking with ***, whom was very rude and nastyShe stated she didn't have anything available for more than a month away and became argumentative when I asked for several different dates and asked her why was she been so rude and to speak with the office managerShe stated the office didn't have an office manager and I asked to leave a message for Dr***So I left a message but as of today I never received a call backI called today and spoke with ***, whom scheduled an appointment with the hygienist and they could work my son in the schedule for Dr*** but couldn't tell my how long or make an appointmentI explained that my son was going off to college and gave the dates that he was free and we could come another day for the doctor in lieu of waiting around all dayShe then place me on hold and ***, came on line with the same attitude as before as though I was asking for to much to get an appointment instead of waiting around all dayAgain another verbal alteraction with her and I stated to her I still hadn't received a return call and she placed me on holdShe stated she spoke with Dr*** and he would be returning my call todayThis office staff is the worst but Dr*** is a good dentistWhat's really sad is that one can not talk to Dr*** to express your concerns about the bad service
