They paid 260 for 1 week,next morning complained about bugs wanted refund.if they did not like room, they should have asked for refund after 1 hour and not stayed all night.For one day charge was 50 doller,...

but we charged 30 dollar and refunded 30 dollar cash and 200 dollar on her CCWe told them,it takes few days for amount deposited by cc company to thier account.Here I have enclosed copy of charge and refund receipt. 30 dollar ,cash was given which she has signed.These kind of people waste my time and your time.We have 95 to 100 % occupancy.Room which was given to her was our best room.we do not give this room to weekly customers.Night desk clerk made mistake.Recently, we removed carpet and installed tiles in that room.Thanks [redacted]
